This place is great! the orthodontists are very kind and efficient especially one named Mimi, she has done mine multiple times and I'm always happy when leaving, she makes great conversation, is great at her job, and treats her clients wonderfully.

Got my braces here during my senior year in high-school. Rough dealing with it but the staff here and Dr. Chang were super chill and really helped me out. I was less than punctual to appointments and I was not good with making appointments. Regardless, Dr. Chang and the staff here were so hospitable and helped me keep my appointments. Dr. Chang even asked me about my mental health issues when he didn't see me for a couple months. His compassion was astounding and something I never would have expected in an orthodontist office. 10/10, if you're in the Bay area, get your braces done with Dr. Chang.

Dr. Chang and his assistant Mimi were very kind and patient with me. Dr. Chang explained everything to me throughly. Ladies at the front desk are always kind and welcoming.

I had a great experience with Dr Chang and his team. I got Invisalign treatment here, and recently completed my final followup visit, where Dr Chang showed me the "before and after" photos of my teeth. What a difference! I'm so glad I got treatment here. And my only regret was not starting treatment earlier in life. Dr Chang is an expert in his field. He always made me laugh and made me feel at ease whenever I came in for an appointment. The office itself is very clean and organized. And everyone who works in this office is exceptionally professional and friendly. I highly recommend Dr Chang for orthodontic treatment.

After I visited Dr. Chang's office and got my professional services. I put my son in his hands. Everything works well so far in the past two, three years. Almost my daughter's time to pay him a visit. Very professional, friendly staff, worry free scheduling system, and most importantly, healthy and good looking teeth after all.

Dr. Chang has been my chosen orthodontist since I graduated college and began working as a professional. He is an amazingly empathetic professional and runs a very welcoming and high quality operation. From a service need perspective, they helped me when my "permanent" bottom retainer broke and have also fitted me with a night guard retainer to help me with my brutal teeth grinding. If you're looking for an ortho in the San Carlos/Belmont area, I highly recommend Chang Orthodontics.

I want to whole-heartedly recommend Chang Orthodontics. Dr. Chang takes the time to explain all treatment options in detail, including pros and cons. He has an eye for what will be esthetic but also keeps in mind what is needed for good oral health. My 12 year old daughter started Invisalign in the fall and her results have been great so far. My boys had their impressions taken 2 days ago and will be staring in a couple of weeks. Yay! Regarding Covid-19, I could not be more impressed with the care and attention to detail Dr. Chang and his staff have put into being preventative about infection. As a dentist myself, I was taking notes! You are in great hands with Chang Orthodontics.

tldr Michael is awesome. Staff is friendly. Nice office. I needed new attachments for my Invisalign I got in a different state, and Michael agreed to pick up my case and set them up for me. They were in a difficult area and hard to place, but it's been a week and they are holding out fine. Could not recommend him more.

My 12 year old daughter has not been inside anywhere but our house for the last 8-9 weeks! I took my daughter to see Dr. Chang today and was really impressed by the precautions they have taken to keep everyone safe! This is what they did: 1. I received a text with a questionnaire the day before her appointment, asking general questions related to COVID-19 symptoms and contact. 2. When we got there today, Kayla was out by the parking lot to greet us with a smile (under her face mask) and to take our temperature. 3. I called the office to let them know we were downstairs and already checked in with Kayla. 4. A few minutes later, we were asked to go upstairs and was greeted by an ortho assistant. 5. My daughter was asked to rinse her mouth for 1 min with hydrogen peroxide and I was asked to wash my hands. 6. My daughter was asked to sit in a chair and they changed a bracket, added one, and changed out her wires. I felt safe and comfortable knowing that they had wiped down all the chairs, counters, and equipment, changed gloves and washed hands after each patient, and everyone was wearing a face mask and face shield. I would highly recommend going to Chang Orthodontics! Staff is friendly and Dr. Chang is very professional, personable, and funny! My kids love him!

Highly recommend! I needed an orthodontist to fix my crooked teeth (didn't wear my retainer enough after braces as a teenager). I knew I wanted Invisalign, and so glad I went to Dr Chang and his team. From the minute I stepped in the office, I knew this was a great choice. I had lots of questions and was really nervous about the process, and Dr Chang was a pro with answering everything in a way I could understand and not making me feel dumb about anything. What a bonus that everyone at the office was friendly, knowledgeable and worked with my schedule! Checkins were easy, appointments were on time which helped me get in and out fast.
