Dr. Barb is a 1976 cum laude graduate of Loyola University School of Dentistry and a member of the Omicron Kappa Upsilon honor society. After 40 years in private practice, She is now working part time at Chang Dental Center.
Dr. Doug is a 2006 graduate from the University of Iowa School of Dentistry. He was a recipient of the Research Assistant Award, and completed a study abroad in the Netherlands at the Radboud School of Dentistry for aesthetics.
Dr. Doug is a delegate to the Illinois State Dental Society and is a past president of West Suburban Dental Society. As a member of the ADA and the Christian Dental Society, he has participated in a dental mission trip to Mavis Bank Jamaica and also volunteers dental services at CDS Foundation Dental Clinic in Wheaton.
Dr. Davis earned her DDS from the University of Indiana. She is a fourth generation dentist, and grew up in rural Indiana. Dr. Davis has also been abroad doing dentistry on the mission field. She has practiced in the Western Suburbs since 2006, and is most passionate about creating beautiful smiles.
Dr. Raghian remains committed to ongoing education in order to implement minimally invasive techniques and other advanced methods. His special interests are dental implants, Invisalign, periodontal care and other cosmetic and restorative dental options.
Dr. Cristina Olarovs career in dentistry started in her native Romania. She immigrated with her husband and began practicing as a general dentist in Oak Lawn after completing the International Dentist Program at University of Illinois College of Dentistry in 2010. Her outstanding academic achievements resulted in three prestigious awards: membership in the Sigma Chapter of Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society, the Dr. Robert Savage Award, and the Astra Implant Award.
Dr. Olarov continued her education at University of Illinois, College of Dentistry, with post-doctoral specialty training in Endodontics. She is now a Board Certified Endodontist, and Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontists, as well as a member of five professional dental societies. In addition to working at Chang Dental Center, Dr. Olarov is also a Clinical Assistant Professor at University of Illinois Chicago, College of Dentistry, in the Department of Endodontics.
Mindy is a graduate of Northwood University in Michigan, and has been working as a dental hygienist since 2005. Though Mindy and her husband have two children who keep them quite busy, they still find time to travel as much as possible.
Kelli graduated from CODs Dental Hygiene Program in 2011, and has been in practice since. She and her husband enjoy movies and caring for the children and pets. She hopes to someday have a home care service business, providing oral hygiene to home-bound patients.
Serena received her college education in Illinois and Arizona, earning a Bachelors degree in Dental Hygiene. She feels that treating patients as individuals is key to a successful outcome. No two bodies are the same, nor mouths. But we all must EAT, BRUSH AND FLOSS!! Serena enjoys sewing. She and her husband stay very busy with their three children.
Debbie, our office manager, has been working with Dr. Barb since 1980. Her competence and caring nature have made her the hub of our office, as she fields questions, aids the doctors and shepherds the staff. She and her husband enjoy fly fishing and biking.
Sherry has over 30 years of experience in customer service in one capacity or another. There is no problem too tough for Sherry to tackle. What makes working at Chang Dental most satisfying for her is everyones genuine concern for our patients, and the excellent care we provide.
Angie, is a Certified Dental Assistant and graduate of Elgin Community College. She is usually at the front desk but is sometimes assisting the dentists as she likes to keep her hand in at chairside assisting.

I love Chang Dental and have been a patient for more than 15 years. Dr. Doug Chang and his team create a professional, welcoming and affordable experience for patients and their families. The practice is conveniently located on Rt. 53 between Woodridge and Lisle.

I've been going to Chang Dental for more than 10 years now. I would drive all the way from the city because that's how great they are! The staff is friendly. The manager is the best! Mindy for teeth cleaning is amazing! And Dr. Chang has always given me the right advice for my teeth. Overall, 10/10!!

The front desk lady was not pleasent at all. Very busy consuming her breakfast and coffee, very upset about me not filling all the paper online. The doctor who did my cleaning is getting all the starts. Wonderful, sweet, knowledgeable and did an excellent job. ( Im sorry I dont remember her name, petite asian doctor) Excellent job!!!!! I used to work in trade and can honestly tell you, one of the best cleaning I have ever received.

Everyone hates going to the dentist, but my experience with advanced lisle dental was great. I came in with a tooth ache, the found the issue set me up with the proper medication to stop the infection and scheduled a day to fix the problem.

Chang dental is the best of the best! The front staff is always so welcoming and high spirited! Dr Doug is so friendly and knowledgeable of his craft! The dental assistance are efficient and good at what they do!!!! Would highly recommend coming here if you want a dentist who will make your experience nothing less then great!
