One of the best experiences to date, with a medical staff & office over all top notch professionals. We also were referred to a different Dr. Initially, but after going to Dr. Yong it was the best, smartest decision I could have made for my son. Trustworthy & Hands down made the awful experience seamless, painless & positive. Thank you for being reputable & honest! Highly recommend.

unbelievably kind and made sure i knew what was going on the whole time. I will not go to anyone else anymore. Israel is such a pure good person and you can tell just from his care to the patients.

Thank you to everyone at this practice. I had several teeth that required surgical extraction and it was as pleasant an experience as it could be. They made sure I understood what needed to be done, what it would cost, and made it happen fast. The procedure itself was a breeze and they made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. On a Wednesday morning, I had a broken root removed by Dr. Yong and 2 bone grafts performed in that space and an adjacent space in preparation for future implants. I was given post op instructions which Israel reviewed with me before leaving. Israel called me the same day in the late afternoon to insure I was doing fine and if I had any questions. On Friday morning of the same week, I noticed I had started bleeding again from the surgical site. I called and spoke with Rebecca who checked with Dr. Yong. Even though he was in a procedure, he took the time to respond to Rebecca that he wanted to see me that same day in the office to insure the site was ok before the weekend. From this experience, I am assured that Dr. Yong and his staff want the best possible outcome for their patients. I'm confident the implants will be successful when I return for them after everything has healed. I will definitely recommend Dr. Yong to all my friends.

Dr. Yong gave me the fastest and most painless tooth extraction I could have ever wished for. I deal with severe anxiety and Dr. Yong was understanding. He even got me back in the same day after I had to leave my initial appointment in the morning due to anxiety. It's been years of prolonging my fear of extracting my broken tooth but Dr. Yong got it done today and I'm sincerely appreciate if his compassion.

Amazing. It was very hard to find an oral surgeon that worked with pediatric patients. They were wonderful helping my 11year old. They explained the process to him and in his words "very supportive during surgery". He was a bit nervous but they did a great job. Also the front office is great and handled and explained the insurance billing giving me all the costs upfront. I highly recommend Dr. Yong and his staff.

I can't recommend this place enough! Dr. Yong, Israel, and Rebecca were so extremely nice and professional. If you need any kind of oral surgery, they are the place to go! I just had all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed and now day 2, I have very little swelling and the healing process has been so easy. I actually called them by accident thinking they were a different place and I'm so glad I did!

Dr. Yong was amazing! I needed all four of my wisdom teeth removed and Dr. Yong made the entire process quick and made sure recovery went as smoothly as possible for me. The office staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. I highly recommend Chandler Oral Surgery, I felt they went above and beyond for me.

I was told that my insurance was acceptable and I would be covered. 3 weeks later I recieve a bill and make one phone call.. The lab they contracted the work to didnt take my insurance. I specifically asked if it was going to be covered!!! Why would I want to come out of pocket $650?! Very frustrated with the process.
