Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. Following scaling and root planing, a laser is used to significantly reduce the bacterial colonies and decontaminate the infected periodontal pocket. Lasers also remove the infected tissue lining the periodontal pocket. As the infected tissue is removed, microscopic blood clots form and your body's natural healing response takes over. As you heal, the tissue reattaches to the bone and your gums return to a healthy infection-free state.

Staff was very kind and quick, explained each step of the process and what was going on! I was treated by Athena Rose, Sarah, and Dr. PJ all of which who were super friendly and made a normally bad time at the dentist a good time :)

The front desk staff is not knowledgeable about their office processes, specifically payment plans. If you set up a payment plan do not believe the staff when they say you are only being charged for the planned treatment and the office will eat the $19.99 processing fee for the payment plan they set up through a ridiculous system that runs your credit and adds a "soft" inquiry on your credit report. The office manager, Scotland was rude when approached about the incorrect information relayed by her staff. She lacks empathy and did not care to make the situation right. This experience is unfortunate because the clinical staff is always kind and is why I continued my care with office but what I've experienced with the administrative staff has caused me to seek care with another provider moving forward.

Great service, easy exams I came in with teeth where I didnt even feel comfortable smiling but their dentist Sarah blew me away by cleaning up my smile in like 2 hrs. Now I finally feel comfortable smiling

Finding a great Dentist and Dental Hygienist is like trying to find a "honest mechanic" these days. Because EVERYTHING is a problem or up-sell these days, a dentist office that has an entire team that you can rely on is almost impossible these days. I am grateful to have found both. I don't like going to the dentist one bit but yesterday gave me hope. I got a 6 month check up. The X-ray tech Athena was great, positive and social. You know made it easy to put those very uncomfortable pieces of plastic in your mouth that they need to take the x-rays that make you gag or throw up. You know what I mean. I got past that, and thanks to Athena to making that possible. Because once your at the Dentist office, it's a "commitment" for reals so buckle your seat belt and hope you have a great team on the flight to take care of you. Next, Athena polished and flossed my teeth, all good . Sarah, came in my RDH or simple dental hygienist. Suggested after my gum line check a middle cleaning and explained why in a way that made sense for me. I'm so grateful I paid a little more and invested in my health of my teeth/gums. I could tell she paid attention to detail and made sure that the "wand" was available every time I showed the "peace" sign to communicate with her. You all know the "wand" it's that thing that keeps you from swallowing all the mess in your mouth by vacuuming it out so you can again breathe through your nose during the cleaning. If you are reading this, it's the #1 thing that will make or break my visit. Can you relate? Thanks Sarah for your professionalism and taking your job seriously with attention to detail and "not taking shortcuts" I'm grateful today my mouth feels so much better! Finally, the really great Dentist who stayed to answer my dumb questions but also offered suggestions that I didn't even think of, even after watching "Dental YouTube" videos, yeah, sounds boring, but they can actually educate you on what is going on in the dental world so you are ready for truth. The dentist Cassandra Pierre-Jerom was fantastic and I can tell she runs a great office, thank you for having a great staff and providing an honest service. I have referred some others now to this office being a local zonie from right in Tempe I'm grateful to have found this office. Keep up the great work. Scotty P.

I would like to start by saying that the office staff is very nice... the hygienist I saw was wonderful. The doctor I saw was very pleasant and soft spoken, however I felt like their main agenda was money. They focused on the expensive work that needed to be done and didn't make an attempt to make a plan for the the minor things that would prevent future problems... They recommended I get work done that wasn't the best option for my situation (after seeking a second opinion) I was told I could go a whole different route and save teeth that they said couldn't be saved...Also after the exam and "plan" they have someone come in to tell you the price and it's A LOT of information given VERY QUICKLY as he waits there looking at you waiting for an answer...felt awkward and forced to make a decision ( which I knew better) so I left and won't be back because I never felt like there was any compassion or concern for me as individual...they just follow their script in my opinion. But I'm glad other people had a better experience. Good luck :)

Today was my first time at this office, they got me in early, did all the x-rays, cleaning and filling in one appointment! Sarah Stapley did a amazing job with the cleaning and was very nice! Dr. Pierre Jerome was super helpful and fast! 10/10 recommend both of them!

I been coming here for a while now and the service is unlike anywhere else. Oscar and Bobby are a great addition to this Dentistry. The whole staff makes it easier for me as I am always nervous coming to the dentist I would most definitely recommend.

Great dentistry practice! I'm used to an office that consistently reschedules appointments and runs late. I called to get an appointment as soon as possible and they were able to fit me in next day. I was let inside within minutes of arriving. Athena, Sarah and Dr PJ all made the visit fun and lively with good conversation and jokes along with the service given. I'm making them my permanent dentistry!
