My true passion lies in dentistry, but even more so in the happiness of other people. I will strive to make sure that you feel like a part of our family. My favorite part about being a dental assistant is helping to ensure that you feel comfortable before, during, and after your dental procedures. Hi there! My name is Hollie and I have been a Registered Dental Hygienist in Vermont since 2015. I attended the University of New England where I graduated with my bachelors degree in dental hygiene.My profession allows me the rewarding opportunity to care for and tend to a variety of different dental needs. You will see meinvolved in the collaboration of your carefully constructed individualized treatment plan with my very knowledgeable coworkers to best accommodate your dental goals. I will also help with developing a manageable and well thought out preventative oral health regimen to best suit your preferences so we can establish a strong foundation of trust and communication to keep you smiling! I am committed to giving my best effort in making our patients dental visits a serene, enjoyable, and comfortable experience in any way that I possibly can. Dr. Matt Giulianelli received his dental degree at the world-renowned Tufts School of Dental Medicine. He went on to complete his residency at Boston Medical Center where he received advanced training in oral surgery, prosthodontics, andendodontics.
He is a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry, an honor only 3% of dentists in the U.S. have achieved. He is also a peer reviewer for research articles submitted to the Academy 's journal: 'General Dentistry', and also is a guest columnist, contributing his expertise of dental materials and techniques. Dr. Giulianelli also serves on the Board of Directors for the New England Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and recently, Dr. Matt has started coaching other dentists to help achieve fulfillment in their practices and their lives with an internationally recognized dental consultingfirm.
Dr. Kay Giulianelli earned her undergraduate degree from New York University before graduating from the world-renowned Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Kay completed her residency at Fletcher Allen Health Care where she learned about oral surgery techniques andpediatrics.
Dr. Kay believes her patients deserve to have healthy and beautiful smiles and continuously strives to provide her patients the best and most up-to-date treatments available by continuing to attend courses and studying dental literature. Dr. Kay is certified in IV sedation to help give our patients a relaxed and comfortable experience. She also has a talent for cosmetic dentures and has trained with some of the top denture specialists in theworld.

THIS is what a visit to the dentist should be like. I am 63 and for the first time in my life, I do not dread my appointments. Who knew you could actually enjoy it? I am having complete restoration. Six implants and new set of teeth on top are now done. Bottoms up next. Dr. Giulianelli, Stacy, and Eva are comforting, attentive, and experts at their jobs. I drive two hours each way to get to their office and it is worth every gallon of gas! Do not hesitate to make that appointment.

This place is top shelf. I've got pretty bad anxiety about going to the dentist and everything about my experience helped alleviate that anxiety. Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable and make you feel very comfortable. I've never wrote a review for a dental practice. I feel compelled to share my experience at Champlain Smile Solutions. Highly recommend .

Very happy with my experience at CSS! I highly recommend!!! I've always HATED the dentist, it usually causes me lots of anxiety and stress, always painful and scary! But CCS made that all go away by offering a relaxed and comfortable environment with super nice people, showing they care about my wellbeing and experience at their dental office! Eva and Hollie are so sweet, very professional, helpful, and just very pleasant. Dr. Matt is amazing, super knowledgeable, goes over everything so you understand, very thorough with the treatment plans and options. He was even the one to call me to follow up after my major appointment which really impressed me! My appointment also took two hours less than planned and over $2,000 less than the estimate! I have two more major appointments to finish up the work I need done, but I am not dreading it, I look forward to seeing them all again knowing they will take good care of me!

I have always been scared of the dentist, and when I mean scared I am shaking and sweating. After having 2 fillings and a cleaning in one day, I never felt so good when leaving the dentist. They actually care about their work and the patients. I will never change places. Highly recommend this place.

I went in for my consultation today to talk about dentures and getting the remainder of my teeth pulled. I was so surprised and pleased with how much they tried to make you feel comfortable and at home! The husband and wide team are awesome and knowledgeable and I'm so thankful I chose them after two bad experiences at two separate dental offices. I will definitely stay going to them now hands down, thank you guys for the great experience!!
