Digital X-rays offer a huge advantage in early detection and preventive services. Advanced image manipulation and analysis, for example, allows your doctor to detect early stages of gum disease through recognition of bone level changes, or by evaluating the results against a previous treatment.

An intraoral camera is an indispensable diagnostic and educational tool. The tiny video camera moves around inside of your mouth and generates a tooth by tooth video exam of your teeth. Using an intraoral camera allows patients to better understand their dental needs by seeing what the dentist sees and then having it explained.

Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. Following scaling and root planing, a laser is used to significantly reduce the bacterial colonies and decontaminate the infected periodontal pocket. Lasers also remove the infected tissue lining the periodontal pocket. As the infected tissue is removed, microscopic blood clots form and your body's natural healing response takes over. As you heal, the tissue reattaches to the bone and your gums return to a healthy infection-free state.

I have severe dental anxiety and Dr. Duong and Dr.Tabel were AMAZING, as well as their staff. I will never go to another dentist/oral surgeon again because they were that kind, thorough, professional, and made sure I was okay during my procedures. The front office staff are SO kind and welcoming, as well and it's such a welcome change from other dentist offices. Thank you, again!

If I could give negative stars I absolutely would. I was a patient for years but they wrecked my teeth (and yes I take very good care of my teeth, it's a thing for me. And yes I have given multiple opportunities to rectify the situation) They gave me someone else's night guard. it doesn't fit at all. Shoved it on my gums in the office, when I said it was very painful they said it was supposed to be. I've had one before, no it's notb Best part was being sent to collections because I still "owed" them for the night guard that didn't fit me and I'm still paying for the oral surgery to repair the damage they caused after ripping up a few teeth and all they ever do is put me on hold and hang-up on me. They used to be amazing idk what happened.

I have been a patient here for several years now and im done, I went in for a teeth cleaning, the same one I got year ago for $100. Now apparently it costs $100 for every corner of your mouth that is literally how they Broke it down to me. They also wanted to do some extra cleanings, and told me a bunch of work I need to get done to parts of my mouth that are not bothering me or dont have any damage. Aside from being upcharge city you can't even get an appointment for at least a month. Terrible dental experience

As soon as you come in the door, the staff is really welcoming. I am glad that Dr. Duong not only provides a friendly face but he will take the time to explain everything to you in simple terms (no messy dental jargon). He took the time to carefully assess my dental condition and provide me with a variety of options for bettering my teeth, all the while being professional and upbeat. I feel like I have a plan in place to improve my dental health for the first time in years. Not to mention Jonelle, who is great at what she does and demonstrates her level of commitment to her profession. So happy to have finally found a good dentist!

I've been coming to this dentist for 4+ years and never had any issues. Staff is friendly, and the office is clean.

Dr. Duong and Jonelle do a fantastic job of keeping my teeth healthy and giving me a white, bright smile. I have been coming here for about 4 years and have been loyal to them for their great dental work. Front office is always friendly and helpful with insurance questions. I also had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Tabel and had a painless experience with fast recovery. Thank you Champlain Team!

Do not seek care here. We used to get acceptable (not great, but good enough) care for our kids at this dentist. We now get cancelled appointments, a constant busy line, and a commercialized, impersonal service. They try to charge for every last little thing (talked to dentist for 1 min for no-cavity visit, charge to insurance $175). It's clearly a scam to get the insurance money.

Got a crown at this office nearly 3 years ago, paid my bill the day I git the crown fitted. Got a letter from a debt collection agency today saying I owed the dentistry money. When I called today I got put on hold twice, had to phone up about 10 times to finally speak to someone, then I got told it was either my fault or my insurance or it was the new system. Playing the blame game, surprised that Donald Trump didn't get blamed for it. Terrible service, best avoided if you can.

I have been working with this dental office for a few years now to get implants done. Initially, when I came to them my service was great and we had no issues getting things started/scheduled/completed! However, in the last year or two the service here has become horrendous. It is nearly impossible to book an appointment for anything less than a month or two out unless you start to have an attitude and are clearly upset. My appointment for my crowns has been pushed back over a month due to the lab not having them ready on time then sending the INCORRECT PARTS. It's possible it'll even be pushed out more. It's a little ridiculous to have to be constantly moved over and over for something like this. I also have personal plans that have to keep being cancelled/moved so that this can happen. On the last time they pushed my appointment out I was scheduled for the morning but I had to take work off/alter my work schedule last minute to make the time they MOVED ME TO in the afternoon. Didn't even get the crowns because the wrong materials were sent. The good thing about this place is that comfort is a priority and the dental staff are incredibly kind, however, once my procedure is completed I will be going elsewhere for my dental care. Update: they just called me HALF AN HOUR BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT TODAY to tell me they still don't have the parts and that they're keeping me "on standby" and will call me when the parts come in and we can go from there. They keep telling me it is "out of their hands". This place is a joke.

I did read some review but chose to gave it a try. I agree with some of the other review, they're overbooked. I was waited for an hour. It was kind of unacceptable for me, so I told them cancel my appointment and walked out. First impressions, probably not the type of service I was hoping to be received. I would think dentistry service should be handling client more professionally. Unfortunately not, they doesn't seems to care to value their customer time. I took time off from work for this appointment and it's a totally waste of time now. Disappointed!

I tried to make a appointment as a new patient on 5/18. Staff said there was no appointment available in May and June. So I requested for July appointment. But staff said I could not make a appointment until end of June for July appointment. and staff sugested I called back last week of June. If I call again last week of june for july appointment, Staff might say there is no appointment available july and call back last week of july again because I called on 5/18 for june appointment. I don't know how busy this dental office is. But the way of making schedule does not make sense at all.

Doubled the copay under a contracted rate. Very condescending when approached about it. Used car salesman of dentistry.

Went in for a chipped tooth and Dr Thuong who is great, skimmed down the other tooth that was rubbing and chipping the one I came in for. I booked my appt 2 months prior for a cleaning which I did not get because the hygienist was out for spring break. No replacement for patients needing any type of cleaning. Dentist didn't fix the chipped tooth. Just did xrays and skimmed down the tooth. I drove 1 hour for this appt. and basically got nothing done. Very disappointing

Good dentist, dr. duong. Terrible office and reception staff. Took 10 minutes to do my X-rays, tech didn't know what she was doing. Didn't even receive a cleaning, after being at the office over an hour, and was told my appointment was wrong. Don't plan to come back

There service has been decent. Unfortunately they are always 2-3 months out on booking and that is just unacceptable.

I felt like I was at a time share sales presentation. I was told what I needed and not allowed any say in my care. I will go elsewhere.

Horrible wait times. Mixed up appointment dates and times. Completely understaffed. Walked out after 45 minutes of waiting. Will not be rescheduling

Dr. Duong and his team are great. Jonelle, one of the hygenists, has amazing bedside manners. Highly recommend.
