So bad with booking an appointment. I book the appointment for cleaning my teeth. They put me on the list and wait for a month, from aug to september. It was okay until they sent me a text message in the morning of the due date, that they have to reschedule my appointment due to their customer need an emergency surgery. It is okay to reschedule but when I heard they said there will be another month for waiting. That is super ridiculous. And they told me you can just come to order office. Thats cool, you guys are so ridiculous. :) and this is how you treat your patients. I used to come here to fix my teeth before, it costed me $2300, and I already paid for what they had done. I was super happy and felt good about that. But now look at what they do??

My wife had a appointment set for a tooth cleaning. She made it months ago. She showed up this evening at 4:00 PM to find the office dark and the door locked. The hours say they close at 5:00 PM. She received no phone calls to notify her that her appointment had been changed or cancelled. My wife and I both have full time jobs with 2 little ones and arranging things around for appointments like this take a lot for us. This is very unprofessional of them to just close without notifying their patients. Or maybe they closed permanently? There is no sign or notice on their door... Google says they open till 5 PM without any mention of being closed permanently.

Went in for my scheduled exam and cleaning. After 45 minutes mostly spent prodding my gums with a sharp probe I was sent home with a referral to a periodontist & untouched teeth. This practice used to perform routine periodontal maintenance which was a main reason I chose them. If they no longer have the capability and won't even perform basic dental care I will probably find another dentist.

Agreed with the previous commenter - do not trust them, they can be manipulative. I went there about a year ago with painful teeth. I had a quote of 2k after insurance from them. Too poor to pay, so I said no. Also, it was because I have someone who is my long-term dentist back home, so I know something about the treatment, and I chose not to do the treatment there. When I said no, the assistant told me, "no, you should do it NOW." I said I think I will be okay. Then she said with a scary look (eyes wide open, staring at me; meanwhile the dentist walking-by the room, which might have added some stress to patient's in hesitation), "If you do not do it NOW, you will LOSE you teeth next MAY." Guess what, I used mouthwash back home, the pain was gone, and now is JUNE, my teeth are happily here. But I will still give them a treatment and regular check up, but at somewhere else for sure.

Went in for an assessment and to form a treatment plan; it was quick, easy, painless, and Dr. Lawal's office was very willing to work with me financially. They were understanding/didn't make me feel bad about my dental history. Most likely the best dental experience I've had. If you're looking to have work done and are very anxious like me, I give a full-throated recommendation.

Alyssa Bauman is an OUTSTANDING hygienist. The whole staff is friendly, welcoming and professional. Even with transitions in the office. 10/10 recommend.

What a great experience during my time with this group! They really honored time when I had a busy day and needed to be out by a certain time. Staff is always so friendly. Time efficient and a thorough cleaning! :)

Ok experience. I felt like staff were trying to up-sell especially on braces. I ignored most of it. Equipment was a bit outdated and the x-ray bite down tools really hurt my mouth. The discomfort from sharp plastic was high. I've gone to many dentists so this was a first for me. Overall, staff did a good job and I felt like my teeth were well cleaned and inspected.

I recently had some dental work done at the Neil street office. I was told I needed an extensive cleaning, whice included laser cleaning. What I got was not close to extensive, more like expensive. While the dental hygienist was cleaning my teeth she stated my teeth were easier to clean then she originally thought. But guess what, the price didn't change, they even charged me for a quadrant where I only have 3 teeth at 382$ a pop whice matched the maximum amount my insurance would pay. Pretty slick. I had two teeth pulled that day, and right after pulling my teeth the wanted me to sign a financial agreement. They basically got me to sign a financial agreement while blood was still running from my mouth. I don't know about you but the experience I have had there was not nice. I attend to have my records sent elsewhere and would not use this dental clinic again because of the way I was treated.....update, everyone sees thier responses to unhappy customers. We'd rather talk on the phone. They said they called and left me a message. Not true, there was no message, and like others who have a negative experience at this dentist there is no resole. I did find out that also the cleaning was a very poorhad to have it re-done. The true cost of the amount was around 450 at another dentist versus the 1500 they racked my insurance company. Really they stole from my pocket because my insurance paid for extractions in whice I had two at a cost of 750. Screw corporate dentistry, never again
