I had a good experience at my appointment today from the time I checked in until I checked out. They were friendly and helpful. My hygienist and Dr. Lucarini were pleasant and professional and explained things to me. I would highly recommend this practice!

I'm not a fan of this place. They put a crown on for me 10 years ago. Shortly after that I moved away for college and then for a job and had to get a different dentist. The crown recently became loose and my new dentist said it's because of a mistake during the original installation of the crown. I asked Chambersburg Dental Associates to fix it, and they refused to even look at the crown. On top of that, they had deleted all records of the make/model/fit of my crown, which I still need to get fixed. Now I have to spend $3,000 out of pocket to fix their mistake. Pretty poor practice all around.

I am very pleased with the care and professionalism demonstrated by the entire staff at Chambersburg Dental Assoc. Dr Van Cleaf is very thorough in explaining every step of an exam or procedure. What is often deemed a stressful visit is diminished with the high caliber techical support and comfort in knowing these folks simply value the patient.

During my most recent visit, the office staff was very welcoming during check-in/check-out process, the technician was thorough and accommodating during the teeth cleaning, and Dr. Mazzarella was pleasant and professional during the dental exam. I would easily recommend this office to anyone in search of a dental provider for your family.

Best dental group I've ever had. Dr. "Jeff" is great. Entire staff is friendly & efficient. I've never had to wait more than 5 or 10 minutes.

I've been with this practice ever since it was on Wayne Ave. I have always been happy with everyone here. The receptionists, dental assistants billing department and the dentists.
