What a surprise to meet such a lovely dentist! She was thorough, explained every step along the way. She was gentle and was very understanding of my anxiety towards dentist. The staff were just as nice and friendly. I would highly recommend her, especially if you have Dentist Issues like I do.

Dr. Chalmers is personable, knowedgeable, and highly skilled at her craft. She answers all of my questions, explains everything clearly, and includes me fully in my dental care decisions. I feel respected, included, and encouraged by her and by her staff, and have never felt patronized or belittled. She remembers what we talked about at my previous appointments and treats me as a person, not only as a patient. I have had several dental procedures done at her office and have always been impressed with her meticulous, detailed, and thorough approach and have been pleased with the results. If you're looking for a dentist, I highly recommend her. She is outstanding.

The most friendly and nicest dentist I ever met. Doctor Chalmers is extremely thorough and pays close attention to detail. Her office assistants are very exceptional as well. I highly recommend her!

I have always had a fear of dentist, but she put me at ease. Super friendly, very professional. I have a very sensitive mouth but she made me very comfortable. It's a first for me to continue seeing a dentist for more than a few visits. She laid out a plan to get the work done I needed, didn't rush, no pressure. I highly recommend. I had read the one review from the person who didn't give her a positive review, that person couldn't be more far off from describing Dr. Chalmers.

First time meeting Dr Chalmers. I have a difficult situation and she made me feel so comfortable that my problem would be solved quickly. Her staff contacted my periodontist and made a recommendation that they contact me and move up my surgery because Dr Chalmers put a rush on the appliance they would need. I am so grateful for the referral to Dr Chalmers.

I went to her office to get consultation for wisdom tooth removal that just ruptured. My teeth is in perfect condition and i took great care for it and I haven't been to dentist. She was very impressed how good my teeth and gum was but she urged me to get a filling on four of my teeth. I was surprised and scared so I agreed. She put two fillings and didn't mention anything about the other two.. I was surprised but the procedure was extremely painful (for a simple filling with tiny cavity) I went home and wasn't able to sleep for days .. she also mentioned I may feel sensitive for couple of months( it was odd but it was my first time getting a filling so I didn't question it) I was feeling pain and sensitivity when I eat and drink. I reached out to her but couldn't come because I was out of the country. It gotten worse that I had to visit foreign dentist and they were not happy how the filling was done and they also mentioned I didn't have any other cavities she claims I have. I requested my X-rays but for some reason she was not willing to give it and sent me blurry cut image.. I requested multiple time with no success I returned but COVID-19 shut down everything.. so i was miserable and this time I felt I was scammed for unnecessary procedure, so I went to different doctor. She also confirmed I don't have any other cavities but will need to fix this because it was set too high and it have open space under the porcelain filling! And there is potential for decay ( there was darkness inside the teeth) I reached out to Michelle to fix this issue since I spent thousands only to do the procedure less than a year! She was uncooperative, and extremely rude. She was not willing to fix or return my money for her botched procedure. The porcelain filling (which she claimed it will last 10~15 years) came off one morning. It was not broken it just fall off .. I was shocked and contacted her same day , she replied with extremely rude email claiming she doesn't care and she already did her job. I have never met unprofessional, unethical health care provider! She lied about having 4 cavities, her receptionist guaranteed insurance will cover it 80% but was not covered. I am ok paying if she have done her job. She is incompetent dentist who prioritize money over her patients need. Stay away from this business if you want your health and not treated idiot especially if you are new to this country's dentist. Always get second opinion before accepting any treatment.

After moving out of the area for 10 years I returned to the tri-valley and Dr. Chalmers. I was welcomed back by Dr. Chalmers and her exceptional staff as if I were an old friend, and I felt like I was. The care was always thorough, professional, and personal. I am glad to be back home!

Been going here since I was a kid and have had great experiences with Ms. Chalmers and her assistants. Caring and professional.
