Dr. West received a Bachelor of Science degree in molecular biology from Auburn University and her DMD degree from Maurice H. Kornberg School of Dentistry at Temple University. She inherited the dental gene from a long family line of dentists. Growing up, Dr. West spent a great deal of time in her fathers orthodontic practice in Monroe, Georgia (just outside Atlanta). After continuing the family dental tradition and graduating from dental school in 2008, she practiced throughout Philadelphia and surrounding communities.
As she is committed to providing the utmost care, Dr. West has tremendous dental instinct and a natural and easygoing way with patients. She employs technologically advanced diagnostic procedures and works closely with all patients to find their level of comfort while achieving outstanding aesthetic and healthy results.
In addition to the practice of dentistry, Dr. West has traveled to Haiti for a humanitarian effort providing dental care and outreach to Haitians in need. She is a member of the American Dental Association, the Pennsylvania Dental Association and the American Association of Women Dentists.
Dr. West and her husband, Andrew (also a dentist), have two young daughters. Together, they enjoy listening to live music, weekends at the shore, big family meals and travelling. Dr. West feels very fortunate to be doing something she loves so much and looks forward to sharing her enthusiasm with you.

I had two filling on my left side done. Crazy to say but this was the most pleasant dental experience ever. Erin was phenomenal as well as Dr. Sindhu. They made me feel completely comfortable, I also enjoyed the massage I received from their awesome chairs. Going back in December and I am so happy I finally found a great dentist!!

This is a fantastic practice!!! Dr. SINDHU is so professional and amazing as a dentist, but is also sweet , caring and personable! Her entire team are simply terrific! I had a dental emergency. They were able to fit me in quickly. As always, everyone there was caring and friendly. Dr. Sandhu explained everything about the procedure. I was very comfortable the entire time.

My wife and I were new patients at Chalfont Dentistry after being patients for many years with another dental group. We went to Chalfont Dentistry because Dr. Catherine West is now practicing there. We found the staff very welcoming and the dental hygienists were very professional, caring and personable. We are VERY happy we made the change and look forward to many years of being patients at Chalfont Dentistry. I had the best experience at my 1st appointment last night. Lisa and Dr. Sindhu were so kind, caring, thorough, informative and just a great experience. The office is very clean, modern decor with private rooms for what is needed. I will be sending my teens there now as well.
