Things got a little creepy when Dr. Trammel started telling my wif she should wear make-up "for him". We decided that was the last straw but it certainly wasn't the first.

I had made an appointment and when I arrived I showed my new insurance. And immediately the receptionist says they don't accept that insurance for adults. I asked if I could pay out of pocket. She nodded no said sorry and walked off. I was shocked, and since I hate confrontation I just left. The fact she didn't bother to work with me to see if we could do some sort of payment plan was unbelievable since online it clearly states they offer that. Also I had double checked my insurance, I was covered for a cleaning & exam, no where did it say I had to be certain age for that. And at the time no where did it say my insurance wasn't acceptable if you're an adult anywhere on the website. No idea why I was treated that way & turned away. I left disappointed & embarrassed. And I honestly liked the Dr I had & his staff. The receptionist (if she was even that since when I arrived everyone else was taking calls or were busy) I hadn't interacted with before the last time I had visited.

Excellent staff overall. Kayla is the best hygienist I've ever had. Very efficient yet thorough care. Never had issues with scheduling. Thank you!!

Wonderful smiling greetings even with masks on. Recently changed insurances since last visit and arrived early anticipating some issues, absolutely flawless check in. They had my new insurance information before my cleaning was even completed.

Great staff and really such a beautiful clinic. I hate going to the dentist and today was a good experience. Thanks Dr. Jeff Trammell, Angie, Irene, Olga and Kim for calming my #1fear going to the dentist. God bless the Chalet Dental Family.

I have been a patient of Chalet dental for many years. The staff & Dentists are very friendly and professional. Dr. Jeff Trammell is my Dentist & he is very knowledgeable, compassionate and caring.

Everyone was very welcoming and helpful. Dr. Gutmann listened to my concerns and gave me great advice. Stephanie took good care of me through out my appointment.

Everyone at Chalet is friendly and accommodating. I never feel like "just another patient". They have real hometown atmosphere from check in to check out! I highly recommend Chalet Dental.

Very friendly staff , super welcoming, I'm usually afraid of going to the dentist because I've had bad experiences but Chalet Dental Was great , the doctor was also super nice , all I can say is I recommend it ! Try it out

Dr. Ross Austin is the best dentist I have ever been too. His bedside manner is so professional, easy to talk to and very easy to trust. I believe her name was Mia, she was my dental hygienist and she was probably the most caring person I have ever met. I truly love this place.

I find all of those who work at Chalet Dental, including all those at the front desk , the dental assistants, the dental hygienists, and Dr Gutmann, to be very professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and really kind. All are very patient.and take time to explain my dental needs, making sure I understand my plan of care, and giving me a plan for success. Kayla, one of the dental hygienists, was very caring with my husband, who has late-stage Parkinson's disease. She was professional and very sweet to him the whole time. I want to thank her.

Rude office staff. Signed up for the Chalet membership and tried to schedule an appointment. Office staff wouldn't even let me make an appointment. Told me to just cancel it and go somewhere else.
