Dr. Hsiao was recommended to me by my regular dentist after she filled a cavity that ended up being much deeper than we originally thought. Since the cavity was right up against the nerve, she said it was only a matter of time before I would need a root canal and suggested I schedule it sooner than later. Today I visited Dr. Hsaio for the root canal and she actually recommended I leave it in but to call her as soon as I have any symptoms. I feel like so many dentists are so quick to jump to some kind of treatment so her honesty and conservativeness was so refreshing! Hopefully I don't ever actually need the root canal, but I know where I'm going if I do! Dr. Hsiao has definitely earned my trust!

Dr. Hsiao is absolutely wonderful. Took me at my appointment time. Explained everything in detail and kept asking if I had any questions and if I was comfortable. The whole staff was extremely nice as well. I would recommend her to everyone.

I visited Dr. Hsiao for the first time this week at the recommendation of my dentist for a root canal. The office is clean, I didn't wait long, and all of the staff was so friendly. I get anxious at the doctor when I don't know what to expect, but she was informative and gentle, so everything went well. Amazing bedside manner and will recommend her office to everyone I know.

I am so fortunate to have come across Dr. Hsiao. I had a terrible experience with the dentist I saw prior to her who said I needed a root canal. I wanted to get a second opinion and also be in the care of someone more gentle and with a better bedside manner. I searched for endodontists, read Dr. Hsiao's amazing reviews and decided to give her a try. From the moment the Dr. called me to have me come in, I felt like she was going to be much different then the last dentist, in a good way. The office is super clean and everyone working there is so nice. I felt at ease from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. Dr. Hsiao has a great bedside manner and put me at ease. She did not make me feel bad for my teeth issues, like some dentists have in the past. She commended me for getting issues taken care and not letting things slide. I did not feel ANY pain during my procedure. My root canal was done in under an hour and couldn't have gone any better. If it wasn't for COVID times, I would have gave her a hug because I was so relieved to find someone like her after my last experience with someone else. It's hard to find a good, trusting dentist and I found that with Dr. Hsiao. No one wants to get a root canal done, but for a root canal, it wasn't bad and I know that's where I'll be going back if I ever need any special work done like that in the future. Thank you!

Dr Hsiao is the absolute BEST. Her honesty, detailed explanation of dental care, and pleasant spirit made me feel very comfortable. This was coupled by her amazing team that works along side her. The office was very clean and calming. There was intentional effort that went into taking care of everything within their work space, even watering the beautiful plants! Thanks so much Dr Hsaio

Don't even think I could quite put into words how she saved me from my dental emergency. Other offices in the area were giving me 2 to 3 week out wait and I genuinely think I would have died before then she was able to fit me in the soonest and I will forever be thankful for that!!When I was at my breaking point she talked me off the ledge and assured me that things would get better and I'm glad that I waited it out and trusted her knowledge and professional expertise. She has patience of a saint for what she does. Kind, gentle, and caring. If you are in need of an endodontist this is the only place you need to be!! Thank you all!!!

Dr. Hsiao is one of the most kind, gentle and compassionate providers I have ever met! I was extremely nervous and she made me so comfortable. She is highly knowledgeable and explained what she was doing to ease my anxiety. Her assistant and the front desk staff were also extremely kind as well! Highly recommend!

My 15 year old had a emergency appointment for a root canal that needed to get done. My son suffers from bad anxiety and was giving me a hard time about getting it done but when she walked into the room and spoke to him he stayed. She did a great job... painless root canal. Also the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Thank you very much!!!!
