It's unusual to say I have had a wonderful experience at a dentist, but I have! Dr. Santos is very focused and takes her time on the patient to do a good job, while also being friendly and respectful. Her skills in dental work are excellent as well. Her staff is also wonderful. I highly recommend her.

Dr Santos is not only a great dentist but can also perform Botox and lip fillers. I was always self conscious about my appearance, so she performed Botox and lip filler. I love the new me and have more confidence in my appearance. My lips are fuller but not to the point where they looked fake. They are perfect. I have had so many compliments on the work Dr Santos performed. Now I'm hooked and will be back for more. I would recommend her to friends and family. She's the best at what she does and a wonderful person as well.

Great staff and a good experience! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming which put me at ease immediately since I was a bit nervous about my visit. Dr. Santos and her assistant, Brittany worked so well together. The procedure was seamless! I highly recommend Dr. Santos and her wonderful and professional team!

Dr. Santos is the best dentist I have ever encountered. She is kind, friendly and a greatly skilled professional. For many years I feared my dental visits. After switching to Dr. Santos' practice, I no longer feel any apprehension or anxiety whatsoever. When I first became her patient, I knew I had a lot of work that needed to be done. Never in all of my visits have I felt any pain or discomfort. And my smile is healthy again! Thank you Dr. Santos, and thank you to your amazing staff!

I went to Chagrin Valley Dental for a cleaning, which after 5+ years was probably long overdue. Okay, it was definitely long overdue. Mel did a great job with the cleaning the discomfort or pain was nonexistent and their facilities are top notch. Great location, great views and great accommodations. The entire staff, Dr. Santos, Mel and everyone else were polite, professional and knowledgeable.

I have been a patient at Chagrin Valley Dental for the last two years, after my previous dentist mishandled a critical issue. I cannot say enough good things about my dental experience ever since. The staff is friendly, helpful, and responsive. I never have an issue booking or rescheduling appointments. Every cleaning has been as painless and pleasant as I have ever had. Not to mention, the newly remodeled facility is truly top of the line. While in your dental chair, only can you look out at a remarkable view of downtown Chagrin Falls...and each patient has a personalized TV with the ability to watch any request on Netflix! I recommend "New Girl" for a laugh or "Planet Earth" for some great visuals Most importantly, Dr. Santos is wonderful to work with. She's friendly, professional, and extremely thorough. She helped me through the most challenging dental issue of my life, (two implants in my front teeth!) and I couldn't be happier with the result. In fact I've gotten numerous compliments on her work! I'm sincerely grateful for my experience at Chagrin Valley Dental and highly recommend their work.

Great service! Dr. Santos, is super nice, knowledgeable and experience! And did exactly what I was needing and didn't try to oversell stuff like other dentists I saw. The office personnel was also very nice and they have very good COVID-19 protocol

I love going to see Dr. Santos and her amazing staff. The location is easy to get to, the office always looks perfectly clean and everyone is super pleasant. I go for my teeth and my Botox!!! They're the best!

Finally a dentist I trust! Before finding Dwetta Santos I'd gone through multiple dentists. I'd had so many bad experiences. How vulnerable we are when drills and needles are in our mouth! Dr. Santos, with her immediately obvious knowledge and skills, put me at ease while correcting all the bad work I've received. During which, She and her staff exhibited the highest standards of competence, kindness and professionalism.

Switched to this dentist last year and they've been great. I'm a nervous patient but they make me feel totally at ease, and they have TVs that you can watch during procedures for extra relaxation. Also, pain-free and fast work. They're great!
