Born and raised in Fort Worth, TX, Dr. Perry attended Nolan High School and earned his bachelors degree in biology from Texas Christian University. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Baylor College of Dentistry (now Texas A&M College of Dentistry). He spent the next two years as an associate clinical professor at Baylor College of Dentistry and opened a dental practice in Northeast Tarrant County.
Dr. Perry is committed to continuing education and takes many advanced courses each year to enhance his skills to serve the dental care needs of his patients better and provide them with a gentle and comfortable dental experience. He also lectures throughout the year on topics like esthetic dentistry, smile design, and esthetic composite fillings. He was recently a clinical reviewer for the third edition of Esthetic and Restorative Dentistry: Material Selection and Technique.
Dr. Perry is a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and the Academy of General Dentistry. He was voted Best Dentist by Southlake Style Magazine, Fort Worth Magazine and Texas Monthly Magazine and was voted Mom-Approved Dentist by Fort Worth Child Magazine.

Dr Perry is a one and only fabulous current celebrated dentist. He has worked with my difficult needs for over 10 years. Today a miracle happened. My husband drove me to my appointment. He currently has 2 infected teeth hurting him and changing his personality daily. Will not scheduled an appointment but today the relaxed and calm beautiful atmosphere allowed him to not fight scheduling an appointment. MIRACLE great experience no more anxiety for dentist appointments. Pond, wildlife, beauty, soft blankets sound like a dentist office yes it is THE DR CHAD PERRY EXPERIENCE the world is better because of his efforts for his patients.

I have SEVERE anxiety when it comes to any type of dental work, whether it be dental work or just cleanings. Dr Perry and his team were so great when it came to making me feel comfortable. He made sure to explain everything he was doing before doing it, and also made sure to check on how I was doing throughout the entire appointment. 10/10 would recommend him and his team to anyone!

I am new to Dr. Perry's practice. I find him to be very affable, gentle, a perfectionist, and makes sure his patients understand exactly what he will be doing. His staff is fabulous too. Most of his staff have been with him for years. He is an excellent clinician and probably a great guy to work for.

Silly to say that going to the dentist is the highlight of my day but it is when I go see Dr Perry and his staff. They make you feel like you are the most important person in the office. They are so kind and sensitive to your unique dental needs. I chuckle when I imagine his staff meetings. Dr Perry saying "if you can't be kind and provide outstanding patient service and know how to have fun, this isn't a place for you to work." I love this crew!!! Always a pleasure going to the dentist. Our whole family has been with Dr. Perry for over 15 years or more. My children when they were toddlers never had a problem going to see Dr. Perry. Everyone in the office are a joy to see and speak to always. Before Dr. Perry we tried 3 dentists for our family. They did not have anywhere near the kindness, the honesty and integrity that Dr. Perry and his office have shown us time and time again over the years. He and his crew were a blessing to find and still are a blessing.
