Chad Allen, D.D.S., was born and raised south of Fort Worth, Texas where he completed his undergraduate education with honors. He then moved to southern California where he attended Loma Linda University School of Dentistry. After completing dental school, he transitioned directly into a four-year residency in oral and maxillofacial surgery.
Dr. Allen has several areas of interest, including extraction of wisdom teeth, dental implantology, anesthesia, oral pathology, bone grafting, corrective jaw surgery as well as facial trauma repair. He is a member of the following professional organizations:
On a personal note, he married his wife Kamron who was born and raised on the central coast. She was enrolled in dental hygiene at Loma Linda University when they met. After practicing for 3 years, she returned to school to obtain her masters degree as a Physician Assistant. Together they have two children, a daughter and a son, who keep them on their toes and full of joy. Outside of work they enjoy time outdoors as much as possible.

Very competent and professional. Friendly and quick service. I don't know whether the price is reasonable or if my insurance pays well yet. It's not like I can comparison shop with a broken, infected tooth root. They got me in and fixed up pain free after the injections. It was less than a week ago so no long term impression yet. So far so good!

I had an impacted wisdom tooth and spent months looking for a surgeon that would make me feel comfortable and that would be within my budget, Dr. Allen and his assistants definitely work with me. They are all really nice and welcoming. The extraction went easy and is healing well. Thank you Dr. Allen, I couldn't be more happier with my decision of getting my wisdom tooth removed here.

The staff under Dr. Allen are wonderful and make your time there comfortable and stress free. Dr. Allen himself displayed an immense level of skill and professionalism throughout the duration of my visit. My time there was by far the best interaction I have had in any medical situation.

I was very nervous when I started getting pain on my molars because I knew it was time to take my wisdom teeth out. My coworker had mentioned what a great experience she had at Dr.Allen's office so I gave them a call and it was the best decision I made. To start, Jacky the receptionist, made the appointment process so easy as well as the breakdown of payment. Dr.Allen and his staff made is so that my 4 extractions were easy and simple. Dr.Allen made me less nervous the moment we had our consultation appointment to the day of the procedure, I literally felt nothing before and after the appointment, to my post procedure appointment. Overall one of the best experiences I have had in any medical facility. Thank you very much Dr.Allen and staff

Dr. Allen and his staff are truly amazing. My daughter is deathly afraid of needles. They made her experience so easy and comfortable. I was worried that she would be sedated but the staff explained and guided me through the whole process. I highly highly recommend them for any oral surgeries you might need.

I'm a very nervous dental patient and I needed an extraction on a back molar that had multiple root canals. It flared back up and needed to be removed. ASAP. They were so accommodating to my need and saw me much sooner than other oral surgeons would have..I am so grateful that it's done and over and healing now, instead of still waiting for weeks at another oral surgeons office. Dr. Allen and his staff were extremely professional, efficient, helpful, friendly and patient. I honestly can't say anything negative about my whole experience. I would highly recommend them. They were also very clear on what I would owe and what my insurance would pay and I left that office with a considerably less bill than I would have at any other oral surgeon.

Pre/post procedure was stress free as they provide you with everything you need to know and/or have. They also answer any questions you may have for them. I definitely recommend this place to anyone with oral related needs and such. I'm grateful my Doctor sent me to such a great place.

This is just base on my experience with this office, Receptionist very friendly but be careful, and Dr. allen was professional with what he does, the only thing what I'm not happy about was that before you come in at their office they won't tell you the price for the first visit consultation, Yes there is consultation fee, my first visit I was charge 445.00$$$ out of my pocket using my visa debit card and plus they charged my INSURANCE too!!! it's my first time going to this office and they won't tell you that you be going to be charge that amount, they will only tell you when u are about to leave the office, second visit was the presentation from Dr. Allen on what was the plan and what is going to happen and hand you paper, then receptionist will make you sign paper and will tell you that's it. After a while I was receiving mail from them billing me of another 437.74$$and it grows finance charge of 4.75$ so guys be careful and If I don't pay them it will go to the collection agency so I was force to pay it. I felt upset, unaware of what was going to happen when i came in to this office, like they did not even done anything in my case And yet they charge too much.I don't think It's fair, and when you guys go there make sure reqd through everything don't just sign anything, Iwill not take a step in at their door again I might get charge just by Doing it. I'm like I was charge of this big amount out of my pocket and they charge my insurance and yet they have done NOTHING in my case as in NOTHING.

I've gone to them for two procedures. I had my wisdom teeth out in two rounds. The first round was a piece of cake, the second round has been a nightmare (no fault of theirs). I ended up with dry socket in one of the extraction sites, just one of those things that can happen. I called with my symptoms before I knew what it was and they got me in within a couple hours to pack the socket to help get rid of the pain. They were very kind and helpful in explaining what was going on and how they were going to get the healing process back on track. By this time I had been on pain medicine for a few days and my system had had enough of it and was not tolerating the pain medicine anymore (My stomach is very sensitive to pain medicine). I went to a regular doctor who recommended a change in pain medicine to manage the pain until I was healed. We were nearby so I dropped by Dr. Allen's office to run the other doctors recommendations by him and make sure that was okay as well as have them take another look at my mouth. Without an appointment they saw me right away and reviewed and okayed the paperwork without even a five minute wait. They were all very empathetic that I am having a hard time with the recovery this time, seeing that last time it went so smoothly the first time. All the staff have shown me nothing but professionalism and kindness. I can't say enough good about them!
