Dr. Chad Kasperowski grew up the son of a dentist and he loves the challenge and stimulation of helping patients with a wide variety of dental needs. My best days are those where I know I have improved someone's life through the efforts of my skills and my team, says Dr. Chad.
Dr. Chad stresses honesty, integrity and communication and is known for his excellent chairside manner. He takes a highly personalized approach to dentistry and understands that patients have individual needs and life situations. Dr. Chad believes that oral wellness has a huge impact on overall wellness, and he strives to help patients improve their overall health through dentistry.
After graduating from Boston College in 1998, Dr. Chad went on to earn his Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry from the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine in 2002. He then completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry program at the Audie L. Murphy Veterans Memorial Hospital in San Antonio, Texas where he was trained in surgical implant placement, IV sedation and other advanced dental techniques. Never satisfied with the status quo, Dr. Chad regularly attends accredited continuing education events to stay at the leading edge of modern dentistry.
Ibeth, the office manager joined our team as the Scheduling Coordinator in 2016. Prior to this she started as a Financial Coordinator in 2001. She understands the importance of office etiquette and patient customer service practices.
She was born in Washington, DC and raised in Northern Virginia. She resides in the city of Fairfax with her husband and her son. In her free time Ibeth dedicates herself to her garden, fitness, traveling, and spending quality time with her family and friends.
Emily, our Insurance Coordinator and Social Media/ Marketing Designer graduated from Columbia College in Columbia, SC with a Bachelor of Arts degree. She went back to school to become a Dental Assistant and has been working in dentistry since 2014. She is originally from Columbia, SC.
Emily and her husband were college sweethearts. He now serves in the United States Navy. Together they have one son and a Shih Tzu named Leo. They have been through several deployments and many times apart because of his job. The Champions for Oral Health team has become family away from family for her!
Emily's favorite part of her job is interacting with the patient's everyday. It is important to her that the first thing patients see when they walk through the door is a smiling, friendly face. A little southern charm never hurts!
Yolanda was born and raised in Northern Virginia. She has three brothers, all of whom are named Tyrone just like her dad. Yes, just like George Foreman. She has a 4-year-old daughter named Mia. After graduating from Hayfield High School in 2002, Yolanda went to the MIHT School in Lorton to study dental assisting. She enjoys dentistry and working with and meeting new people every day. Yolanda has been an assistant for over 5 years. She enjoys volleyball, shopping and watching scary movies.
Melinda has been a dental assistant for over 30 years now. She still takes continuing education courses, and she has earned many certificates and awards. She is happy in the knowledge that she gets to help patients everyday!
Mimi became interested in becoming a Dental Hygienist when she was 16 years old. She really enjoyed getting her teeth cleaned and talking to her Hygienist.She enjoys interacting with her patients and educating them on how they can improve their oral and overall health. She makes sure her patients receive gentle, thorough cleanings.
Brittany has been working in dentistry since 2013 as a Registered Dental Hygienist. Her number one goal is to make her patients feel as comfortable as possible and leave her chair smiling from ear to ear.
She loves to have fun and you can frequently hear her humming a tune while she is moving about the office. She is married with three sons. In her free time, she likes to read, listen to podcasts, travel, and spend time wit her family.

I was referred to Dr K. by my sister. Dr K gave her a beautiful new smile. I also got my new smile from Dr Kasperowski the other day and it is better than I could have imagined. Everyone on staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I could not have been treated any better. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr K and his team if you are looking for a first rate dental practice.

I had an implant emergency and I am not a patient of Dr C Kasperowski. It was difficult to find a dentist in VA that worked with the model of implant that I have. His office got me in the next morning and he fixed the issue. He spent almost 2 hours with me. He saved me from having to replace the implant. It has been over a week and the implant is definitely repaired, no wiggle. I recently moved to the Richmond area of VA and it was well worth the travel to Fairfax. Wonderful staff, very professional and accommodating. I highly recommend.

I have never had anything but a positive experience when visiting Dr. Kasperowski. My recent appointment was no different. The staff is universally friendly and thoroughly knowledgeable. My hygienist is friendly and always concerned with my comfort level and satisfaction. My cleaning was handled qui8ckly and efficiently. Dr. K. always takes the time to speak with me and answer any questions I have.

Amazing experience!! I got treated within a few days of calling for an appointment. The office staff is friendly and professional. The office is beautiful and clean. Great location and convenient parking. Dr Kasperowski is thorough and knowledgeable. My procedure was painless. And he plays GREAT music.

What an amazing practice and Doctor!!! Went in today because my night guard broke and it would have to be sent away to fix and I would not get any sleep for a while, but Dr. K was able to fix it right away!!!!!

This practice provides state of the art dental care with a warm and caring staff. The office is comfortable with easy parking . Drs Kasperowski inspire confidence in their treatment and recommendations: they remember your name and ask about your kids. Superbly organized for appointments, reminders, billing and treatment.

This place was so comfortable, clean and beautiful. The dentist was also very comforting, listened so carefully and cared about what we had to say, and was so honest with a true assessment of what we really needed and what we didn't. This practice does not try and sell you services but truly wants what is best for each individual. This was the best experience we have had at any dentist or doctor. Ever. Thankful for the pleasurable experience.
