Hello my name is Mary Abbott. I grew up in Mt. Zion, IL, attended LSA & Mt. Zion High School. I attended Southeastern Academy of Travel & Tourism and Richland Community College. After getting married and living in the Springfield area for several years, we missed our friends & family and moved back to Decatur ~ this is home to me. I have been working with Dr. Burmeister since 2002 as a Customer Service Coordinator. Its important to me that all of our patients feel comfortable & welcome in our office. We strive for excellence in patient care. Patients frequently complement our staff for having such a friendly office and that makes me feel like Ive succeeded! We have a lot of fun in our office! My wonderful husband Brian, son Braiden & daughter Mea keep me smiling. I have been a foster parent since 2000. I enjoy spending time with my family & friends, camping, bike riding, reading & gardening.
Hello, my name is Joy Boleyn. I grew up in the Decatur area. I attended the LSA and graduated from Argenta-Oreana High School. My senior year of high school I attended the Medical Records Secretary class at the Decatur Area Tech Academy and earned my certificate for Medical Records Secretary. I worked in the Ophthalmology field for five years, until twenty years ago I found my fit in the dental field working for Dr. Alan Colby. Now that Dr. Burmeister and Dr. Colby have formed a partnership, I am enjoying my new work family and environment. I strive to make our patients comfortable and hope that they have an enjoyable experience in our practice! Over the years I have made a lot of friends and a lot of our patients have become like family. In my free time, my husband and I enjoy spending time with our two sons and their families as well as traveling and watching sports together.
Hello, my name is Stephanie Nichols. For the past 18 plus years I have been active in the dental field as a dental assistant and recently be came a customer service coordinator. I have found it to be very rewarding to be a part of this great team that cares so much for our patients and their dental needs. I am a life long resident of Decatur and I enjoy this community. I enjoy spending time with my husband and our two daughters that keep us very busy.
I am a Decatur native, having graduated from Eisenhower High School. In 1996 I received my Dental Hygiene degree from Lake Land College. My family relocated to Mankato, MN where I worked as a Dental Hygienist. In 2000 we moved back home to Decatur, IL. I have two boys Brock and Collin, a fabulous husband, three cats and one dog. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I am an avid sports fan, and enjoy reading and working out. I look forward to working with our great staff for many years to come. My most enjoyable experiences with my patients are getting to know all about them and their families.
Hello my name is Megan Oakley. I reside in Sullivan, IL where i was born and raised. I have been a Register Dental Hygienist since graduating from Lake Land College in 2004. I have been working with Dr. Burmeister since 2005 and enjoy the light-hearted, fun atmosphere in the office as well as getting to know my patients. I like to help my patients by educating them about their dental health and its importance related to overall health. My co-workers and I do our best to serve our patients and make them feel comfortable in the dental setting. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family and friends.
Hi! My name is Linda Wuellner. I grew up in South Shores, Decatur, Illinois. I attended Holy Family, Eisenhower High School and Parkland College where I attained my dental hygiene degree. For the past twenty five years I have been employed by Dr. Alan Colby until recently joining the staff of Dr. Chad Burmeister. It has been a wonderful transition because everyone at our practice is a team player! We all strive to make our patients experience be the best that it can be! A little about meIm the youngest of nine and I have always enjoyed most sports and over the years have played on many Rec League Teams . Upon graduation, I moved to Evansville, Indiana to earn my bachelors degree in dental hygiene and health administration at The University of Southern Indiana. Hi my name is Tabatha Braden. I grew up in Decatur, IL, having graduated from Eisenhower High School. I graduated from Midwest Technical Institute as a Certified Dental Assistant in 2007. After completing an externship with Dr. Burmeister, I was hired on as a full time dental assistant. I enjoy getting to know our patients and helping them feel comfortable during their dental procedures. My husband and I just had our first child Cannon. We are enjoying our new addition to our family. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, cooking and love anything outdoors.

I've worked as a Customer Service Coordinator since 1998 and continue to make customer service my number one priority. Over the years I've enjoyed interacting with our patients and always look forward to meeting new patients. Our office strives to give exceptional service with a smile. Outside of the office I give the same amount of care and attention to my husband, three children, and my grandchildren. I enjoy time spent with my family, friends, and my animals as well as horseback riding.
Hello! I'm Robin Haskins and I am a native of Decatur. I graduated from Stephen Decatur High School and then earned my Dental Hygiene degree from Lake Land College in Mattoon. I also completed my Bachelor's Degree from the University of Saint Francis in Joliet. I worked with Dr. Ray Atteberry for 29 years and I am now very excited to begin working with Dr. Cale Atteberry. We have a great team ready to serve Decatur and the surrounding area. I will continue to deliver great dental care to all my patients, both old and new, as will each member of our staff. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my husband and our two children, and getting together with friends. I enjoy exercise, including bike riding, as well as watching Millikin Women's basketball- Go Big Blue!

Hi my name is Teresa Sims. I grew up in Blue Mound, IL and attended Blue Mound High School. Upon completing courses at Excel Training Systems in 1996 I became a dental assistant at this practice. After working three years as a dental assistant I moved to the front office where I am currently a customer service coordinator. I love interacting with our wonderful patients. Maintaining a cheerful environment with a staff of happy associates gives our patients a feeling of well-being and comfort during their visit. In my free time I enjoy decorating, flower gardening, motorcycle riding and spending time with my husband, children & grandchildren.
I was born & raised in the Springfield, IL area. After three years of undergraduate studies at SIU-E in Edwardsville, Illinois I eagerly started my four year dental program. I graduated from Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine in June of 1998 where I earned my Dental Medicine Doctorate. I am a member of the Illinois State Dental Society (ISDS) and am Past President of the Decatur District of the ISDS.
I am passionate about helping those unable to afford dental care independently receive the vital services they need. For the past several years I have participated in the Mission of Mercy and the Give Kids a Smile Program. These programs allow me to give back to our community in a very important way. My beautiful wife Cheryl and I have two wonderful boys Clayton and Caleb. Together we enjoy snow skiing, salt water fishing and traveling. I am very active in the community. I feel like I benefit greatly from my patients, staff and this community. I am strongly rooted here and happily support and sponsor many wonderful charities and events.

Dr. Cale W. Atteberry was born and raised by the late Dr. Ray E. Atteberry and wife Kathy, in Forsyth, IL. The youngest of three children, Dr. Atteberry is thrilled to have returned to his hometown to continue is fathers legacy of providing quality dental care to the residents of Central Illinois.
Dr. Cale is proud to have received his Doctor of Dental Surgery education from the University of Tennessee, again following in his late fathers footsteps. He also earned his undergraduate degree at College of Charleston in Charleston, South Carolina. Prior to joining Dr. Burmeisters pratice, Dr. Cale had the opportunity to train under two senior dentists with over 60 years combined experience at a Nashville-area practice. It was this work experience that helped shape and sharpen his general dentistry skills and learn the true intricacies of providing quality patient care.
Dr. Cale takes a tremendous amount of pride in treating patients fairly, knowing very well that his father set a very high standard throughout his 33-year career. Like his father, Dr. Cale strongly believes in educating his patients so they have all of the information possible to make the right treatment decisions that are best for them.
Dr. Atteberry is affiliated with the American Dental Association and the Illinois State Dental Society, and he is also involved in various continuing education curriculums to stay current with all of the latest technology and advancements in dentistry. The field is changing drastically and rapidly, and Dr. Cale is adamant in staying on the leading edge and giving his patients the best dentistry possible.
In his free time, Dr. Atteberry enjoys traveling, golfing, skiing, and being at the lake with friends and family. Dr. Atteberry is a huge dog lover and is looking forward to rescuing in the years to come.
