Dr. Howell and his team are truly amazing. I cannot say enough about my experience with this friendly and caring office. Dr. Howell and his team really make sure that they are there for you through the whole process; from check in to check out, answering any questions and/or concerns. If I could give 10 stars I would. I hope to never have the need for extensive dental work, but if I do, I am confident in this team.

Ok. who likes to go to the dentist? No One! But Chace Lake send me gentle reminders when I cancel appointments and then neglect to reschedule because I "keep forgetting." And when I do go - I am (usually) really happy I did (unless its' a big one) - as I have a lot of dental issues. CL stays on top of it - for me, with me - whatever - the important thing is - I feel like they actually care that I get the necessary work done as it affects my overall health. I am grateful for that kind of care - especially these days when medical care is becoming increasingly less personalized. I guess you could never telehealth a dentist appointment but my bet is Dr. Todd and team wouldn't do it even if they could.

My 90 year old dad has very few viable teeth left. Other dentists have said the only solution was to pull all teeth and put him in dentures. Dad refused. Dr. Todd thought creatively and came up with a treatment plan to use the viable teeth to give him a usable chewing surface. This is the first time my dad has hope and is willing to undergo treatment. Thank you Dr. Todd, Melissa & Shannon! I've already highly recommended your office to others!

I've been a patient of Dr. Todd's for 5 years! Everyone on staff is super thoughtful, they do a great job and offer tremendous service to their clients. I look forward to seeing them twice a year for my checkup and cleaning visits!

They don't answer the phone. What people are saying in these low rated reviews are right. October 2020 I went to get teeth cleaning, now its May 2021 and they are saying they did not process my insurance correctly.

If you want to find out 2 years later on the week of Christmas that you have a 300 dollar bill with them because the insurance they TOLD YOU they take, they in fact DO NOT then Chace Lake Family Dentistry is FOR YOU! Also, just because screwing you right on Christmas isn't enough they also don't accept payment plans so you pay it all right then or you're sent to a bill collector. Merry Christmas!
