As a member of Thousand Smiles, Flying Doctors of America, and a number of other volunteer organizations, Dr. Tabor cares deeply about the well-being and dental health of his patients and those both inside, and out of his community. When not in the office, Dr. Tabor can often be found volunteering his time and expertise to other individuals in areas where quality dental care is less accessible.
Ridge modification is an effective procedure for treating deformities in the upper and lower jaws. These deformities can occur as a result of periodontal disease, trauma, injury, wearing dentures, or developmental problems. Such defects can leave insufficient bone for the placement of dental implants and an additional unattractive indentation in the jaw line adjacent to the missing teeth.
During the ridge modification procedure, the gum is lifted away from the ridge to fully expose the defect in the bone. The bony defect can be filled with bone graft material which can help regenerate lost bone, or a bone substitute. Finally, the incision is closed and several months of healing will be required. Depending on the case and type of implant and procedure, a dental implant may be placed during the ridge modification procedure or when healing is complete; much depends on the precise condition of the bone. Ridge modification improves the cosmetic appearance, functionality of the mouth, and the chance of enjoying dental implants for many years.

Made a few calls to this Outfit. As it is, all I got was a reception by voice mail. Didn't return not one call, they must not be in need of Money, new clients, or Pain Relief.

It's a hard balance to work on ones teeth and have them feel comfortable. Doctor Tabor and his team are incredibly skilled and ever so friendly and genuine. I can't say enough how i found a Dentist for my whole family that i totally trust !

I was a first- time patient at Dr Larry Tabor's Dental clinic and was privileged to have met Dr. Sandra Guereca, such a beautiful and intelligent dentist. I was impressed of how quite caring and very gentle as she was examining me. She informed me of her diagnosis and treatment plan, i felt very happy and at ease with her. From the front desk to the back office, the receptionists and the assistants were all beautiful , pleasant, and extremely efficient at what they do. The office is clean and organized, I am grateful to have them as my new dental provider. Huge thanks to Eillen, Sam, and Christins for excellent patient services.
