Excellent dentist. The practice is well run, organized, and extremely clean on the inside. All the equipment is modern and high-tech. Every time I went here it was a good experience.

don't get your dental services here. They'll waste your time. So far, I've had 2 appointments cancelled. I had one on February 23 and on March 15th. The first was cancelled because they said the doctor had a family emergency then the second time, she couldn't find me in their appointment book although I had a string of text messages. Then she tells me " oh maybe you made an appointment with the other dental clinic in this plaza." As if I'm not good enough and competent to know which office I have made my appointment with. Their name is at the end of each text message and she tried so hard to make me sound like I had made a mistake. Very rude and unprofessional receptionist.

Really lives up to the "Spa" name. Felt very relaxed going there. Everyone was professional and it really felt that they cared about me, even as a first-time patient. They also took COVID precautions very seriously, and I really appreciated that. I'm very glad I found this place.

Really all staff is so good .. they dont rush .. cleaning is done very nicely and they dont over estimate the defects in your teeth .. i would really recommed this for all dental needs ..

The favorite spot for my teeth! Even during COVID times, they have great safety protocols in place. I felt very safe to go in for an appointment and they took utmost care of my comfort. Mike is my all time favorite and I just love how he cares about my teeth so much more than I do! I have been going to this place for over 2 years now and I also started getting my husband recently. Would definitely recommend this place for all your tooth worries!

I've been here since 2019. The overall experience is great. The doctor is professional and cares about their patients. I am happy with all their services except for the teeth whitening. I am very disappointed about the result (I am not convinced that the difference before and after is noticeable). For this service alone, I will give one star. But, considering all the other great experiences I had, I decided to give 4 stars.

I've been a patient at Cerulean for almost 20 years, and they are awesome. The staff is really nice, and Dr Lee and Dr Chen are the best. They do a really good job with my cleanings, and always have the latest and greatest equipment. I actually look forward to going to my appointments!

This place rocks! Everyone from the front to the back are stellar. During covid, I felt super safe. They said the staff are all pretty much vaccinated. They have air purifiers in all the spaces. One of the staff said they have 8 purifiers in the office one for each room and also they did something special with the AC to clean and sanitize the air. Hygienist did a great job on my cleaning. I have one cavity because I had an old silver filling that was cracking. I asked for the pictures that they took and they happily emailed them to me. I'll be back in a few months for my next cleaning.

I've never had a better dental care experience than Cerulean. Their staff is always professional and friendly, and the facility is clean and ultra-modern. It's the rare kind of dental office where you feel comfortable visiting. Everything from the appointment reminder texts, drinks and snacks in the waiting room, to the wonderful dentists, technicians, and office staff, to the Netflix videos available during your procedure - all perfect. And, their COVID preparation made me feel very safe and comfortable. My entire family has been going to Cerulean for many years and we couldn't recommend a dental office more than Cerulean.

My mom had a tooth accident and was advised by another dental office to replace her crown and it would cost over $1000. We wanted a 2nd opinion so I brought my mom to Cerulean Dental Spa. After careful review of my mom's situation, Dr. Mui actually recommended that we not invest in a crown due to the condition of her tooth. I appreciate them "turning away her business" because they were prioritizing my mom's best interest vs. their business bottom line. My mom (who doesn't speak English well) felt very comfortable here, and wants to come back for honest and quality work when she needs it. Additionally, we were super impressed with the cleanliness of the office. It's evident they are taking Covid very seriously for their staff and patients - waiting outside, taking temperature, Covid questionnaire, hand sanitizers and filters around the office, thorough cleaning of work space between patients etc. Clearly so much more work for the staff but it's clear they really care for everyone's health and doing all they can to create a safe environment.

This is a long overdue review as I've been coming here for about 15 years with my wife and 3 kids. The doctors and staff are so friendly and caring. I used to dread going to the dentist but ever since we found Cerulean, I actually look forward to my dental appointments because it's such a friendly and comforting environment. My kids look forward to coming here as well. I was there recently (July 2020) for my 6 month cleaning after they re-opened from temporary Covid closure. I was very impressed (but not surprised) with how seriously they are taking Covid to ensure safety for their staff and patients. They have all these fancy filters and equipment. Feels cleaner here than my house ;) I have always appreciated that Cerulean does not take shortcuts in what they do, rather they choose to do what's best for their patients. I have recommended many friends and family who are also very happy with their care. Some have even moved about an hour away and still make the drive for their dental needs because of Cerulean's high quality care and honest recommendations.

I have been a regular client here and every time I am extremely satisfied! The office is beautifully decorated and the receptionists are incredibly helpful and friendly. Everyone at the office is very professional and will not hesitate to answer any questions you may have. My most recent appointment was a few weeks back and their safety precautions for the pandemic made me feel safe coming in. Everyone's temp is taken outside the clinic and only the one patient and the doctors are in the clinic. There is sanitizer throughout the clinic, and each room is sanitized thoroughly after every person. All the equipment is sterilized as well. I highly recommend going to Cerulean Dental Spa to get your teeth worked on!

This was the most amazing detail office I've ever been too. It had been a couple of years since I had visited a dentist due to no insurance but I had to go in due to a dental emergency. I was embarrassed and a little nervous but all of the staff was warm and welcoming. It did not feel like a dentist appointment and more like a conversation with friends. Dr. Jae was knowledgeable and understanding and broke down what I needed and how we can go about it with out breaking my wallet. The assistants are very sweet and helped ease the nervousness. They also are very careful with precautions against Covid and it felt safe. Me and my family will definitely be back for all our dental needs. Quality, Comfort , and efficient!

I've been coming here for years. My daughter got her first set of Braces here about 3 years ago. The staff was very friendly and patient with us. Thank you all especially Stephanie. My family and I are currently active patients. They really went the extra mile to care for us during Covid19. Thank you all.

I hate going to the dentist. But I was recommended to go to this place. And I truly loved it. The reception area is super clean. The front desk girls are super nice. Very professional. Not to mentioned, the doctors are super funny and make you feel comfortable. The assistant Stephanie, truly took the time to explain everything in detail. I have never had anyone explain the procedure that I was going to get done. She offered me water, she conversed and made me relax a bit before getting numbed. I felt like I was right at home. Loved how the doctors and assistants took the time to explain and go through everything. I felt so comfortable I fell asleep. I am a huge football fan and had great conversation about football with a guy name Michael. From the front desk to the back and the over all appearance of this dental facility. I give it a 1000%. Even the bathrooms were spotless. Highly recommend!!! I have already referred a lot of my friends and family members..

The whole team at Cerulean Dental Spa was very professional and made sure they made me felt comfortable. I was able to visit them pre lockdown and post lockdown. Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Feels like a family. Would highly recommend anyone to go.
