This place provides the one of the worst customer service ever. Hispanic guy in the front desk was ok and carried a greeting but rest of them didn't wanna open their mouth when I said hello, how are you and when asked questions. Very quick cleaning and dental treatment and told me to "go", and when I said excuse me, and the nurse said "go" again. This place makes me feel like a cheap Chinese massage spa like after they get the money, they'll be like "get out now"! I honestly am surprised how get got 4.9 lol They might have hired "paid review writers" Truly sorry as* place. I warned you if you still wanna go, then go and experience how lol and bad that are.

Wow, total lack of customer service, specifically from Mr. James who answers the phone. This "gentleman" severely lacks courteousness, attentiveness and hospitality. He has a direct aggressive type of personality which he bestows showing absolutely no respect for potential clients. James has a Very cold, cold, cold personality. How can they depend on someone like this representing their company. Anyway, besides the lack of customer service, the facility itself looks dirty. They say the consultation is free as well as the 3D imaging but that is false. They charge $200 for the 3D imaging after saying it's free. Horrible bait and switch tactic. That's why we left. I wouldn't recommend coming here despite the high reviews.

One of the best dental offices I have ever been to. I was apprehensive when I had to change dentists due to an insurance change but I couldn't have made a better decision. Dr. Yang had an excellent bedside manner and took the time to sit with me and explain everything he was looking at. I am usually dreading my dental appointments, but my experience at Cerritos Dental Implant Center changed my mind! Yang is amazing and all of the dental hygienist are very gentle. Thank you so much

I sincerely love all the staff there. Everyone is so friendly and nice. The front desk is friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about procedure, payments, and insurance. Dr. Park did a fabulous job, gentle and thorough and I appreciated his expert opinion. I would not have asked for anybody else to perform the surgery. Thank you the Cerritos Dental Implant Center team!

I found this place when I needed to have a implant placed. Perfection all the way around, and every staff member was friendly and made my visit comfortable. I was in desperate need of getting my tooth fixed and looking for a place in the area I live. Dr Park took very good care of me; he was informative and took the time to explain what he had seen as well. Thank you!

I just had a tooth removed and I started my implant process. Cerritos Dental Implant Center was very thorough with the entire process, from details about the surgery and what would work best in this situation, to the aftercare and what he could expect while healing. I wanted to really thank Dr. Yang for taking time to talk to me as he prepped me for my oral surgery. The staff too are excellent. Extremely pleased with Dr. Yang and his assistants.

I was in need of cosmetic dental help since I lost my front tooth at a young age. Dr. Yang was able to restore my smile with dental implants. He explained exactly what he was going to do at our initial consultation and made me feel more comfortable about the upcoming procedure. I've always imagined what it would feel like to have a great smile and Cerritos Dental Implant Center made it happen for me. I would recommend this office to everyone I know

I've never really had a memorable experience with a dentist good or bad, but this was memorable for a good reason. They are so personable and took such great care of me! I switched to Dr. Park from a previous dentist I used to go to in Costa Mesa. They went out of his way to accommodate me at the end of the evening even though I was not an existing patient. The service of the front desk team always has been great and the quality of dental implant/placement and extraction work was exceptional. I am constantly getting compliments on my teeth now. I'm beyond happy to have chosen his practice and would tell anyone to go to him.

Haven't left many reviews before however I am so happy with my dentist I felt compelled to share. I have been shopping for dentist for a long time in the area, maybe for about 3 or 4 years. I got the referral to Cerritos Dental Implant Center and couldn't be happier! The staff at Cerritos are so personable, and took such great care of me! I suffer from anxiety when it comes to having dental work done, especially getting dental implants. They look so natural and perfect!! I am constantly getting compliments on my teeth- Thanks to Dr. Park who finished two dental implants, which was a huge insecurity.

The staff at Cerritos Dental Implant Center has got to be one of the kindest I have encountered at any medical practice. My previous dentist thought I wouldn't need implants and my teeth would take after an being knocked them out in an accident and I could just get root canals and crowns and it will be fine after. 3 years later and my front teeth started to fall and I had to get them removed and start all over and now get implants. Because this process can take years, it is important to find a doctor you trust and a staff that you look forward to seeing. Dr. Park takes the time to fully explain the treatment before and during the process and makes recommendations to ensure the treatment is working towards the most optimal results. Love this place!

Extremely hygienic, which is very important. During my appointment with Dr. Yang, I knew that I would be taken care of with upmost hospitality. I've finally found a proper dentist that cares for their patients. This place was well worth the drive, and I live about an hour away. Dr. Yang took handled my tooth implant very professionally and efficiently, I highly HIGHLY recommend this dentist!! 5/5

My brother in law recommended DR . Park so I Came here to fix my dental implants as my root canal crown was falling off , they wasted no time for examination and within the hour my crown was back on and feeeling much better than previous dentist I had gone to for my dental work , really appreciate you DR. Park and your staff . Thankss a lot

Dr. Park recently did my implant placements (all four in one sitting) and he was amazing. Let me just start by saying the results are unbelievable! Many of my friends and coworkers are amazed with my results as well. Dr. Park is wonderful in his explanation and attentive to your needs. The dentist can always be scary, Dr. Park and the staff make the experience a lot more comfortable and worry-free. If you're looking for a good implant dentist I highly recommend this providers office!

I'm sure that most likely everyone can relate to me when I say I'm nervous to go to the dentist. It's always been like that for me. I want to give a huge thanks to Cerritos Dental Implants as well as Dr. Park. I had to get an implant and just the thought of it made me nervous. The day of my appointment it was pretty obvious and Dr. Park worked with me slowly and reassured me there was nothing to be nervous of, not many places notice when someone is nervous and even if they do I doubt they even bother to reassure their patients. I had a very good experience at Cerritos Dental and will definitely come back for any future work needed.

Everyone in the office is helpful and willing to do what is needed to make any dental experience positive! I had to have two implants done by Dr. Yang and they made my dental experience great. The results are a thing of beauty, but equally important, he is a thorough and excellent communicator about what to expect from the procedure and does a wonderful job of making his patients feel as comfortable as possible under the circumstances. Unfortunately, I am one of those people who have a panic attack and cry involuntarily every time they go to the dentist. So when I broke a tooth and needed an implant, I immediately freaked out. Dr. Park has never been anything but nice and patient. He explains everything fully before he does it and makes you as comfortable as possible. He's an amazing dentist and I would definitely recommend him to anyone

I'm happy to say that my experience with the office has been wonderful and different experience than visiting other dentists. The staff is friendly, professional, great with reminders and more importantly they did a great job with my dental care. I came in to get an implant a on my lower teeth and he fixed the gap in the appearance! Dr. Park performed my procedure and everything went really well. I highly recommend this practice.

I was referred to them for implant placement. Now, I had already had this procedure done 3-4 times before, but no one ever gotten it as right! It was an absolute pleasure and I almost even fell asleep in the chair. Dr. Yang is so talented and good hands are very hard to find. Any questions or concerns I had, the staff was always ready to help and gave me clear detailed answers. He did such an amazing and thorough job, I literally shed tears afterwards. Thank you!

Best dentist ive been to. I had a implant emergency and they handled the whole situation flawlessly. The dentist, Dr. Yang saw me immediately. He was so friendly and courteous, even though I was being short and quiet before with severe pain. He was very gentle and made what I know could have been a terrible procedure very easy and pain free. The assistants were great as well very nice and accommodating. Thank you all so much!

I had an issue with my front tooth implant for years and began to think I will never smile again!! I went to Cerritos Dental Implant Center to get a second opinion and Dr. Yang was highly professional and knowledgeable in my assessment. He was very patient and answered all of my questions about the process. It was fast and he was so kind in guiding me throughout the short procedure! I couldn't have asked for a better team for placing in my implant.
