Had an emergency appointment today and Kefa the dental assistant was very professional, her sweet manner helped me to relax and forget that I was in the chair for a procedure. She has a very calming effect.

I always stress about going to the dentist, but Kefa and Dr. Sirotnak took amazing care of me today and made me feel very comfortable.

Friday I had to cancel my appointment due to health issues afib...called the office can u push my appointment back a little for the same day. I was sick but wanted to make my apt. Wendy called me today to say dr. Dempsey will no longer see me, been there for over 5 years with this doctor. I'm really hurt to see the level of drs who don't care. I have no control over my health. Will have to find another doctor to care for me. I never thought this would happen, central dental gets a thump down from me. Total disgrace

Honestly, I've been going to them for years and whenever I had an issue or concern I was greeted with kindness and love. I truly love the staff and service I have received there over the last few years.

Went in yesterday afternoon (1/6/2022) explained that one of my wisdom teeth has cracked and was causing me some pretty serious pain. I was in and out in under an hour as a walk in. With a referral for an oral surgeon, and antibiotics/pain medication. Staff was very friendly, helpful and understanding.

I've been going to Century Dental before it became Century Dental when it was Dr. Sirotnak's practice, probably over 15 years. I've had work done by both Dr. Sirotnak and Dr. Dempsey, both of whom do excellent work and I have the utmost trust in them when I am in their care. The dental assistants as well as the support and billing staff are some of the nicest people there are. They always make me feel welcome and I have never felt like just another customer, they are sincere when they say they are happy to see me. Let's face it, nobody likes getting dental work done, but the whole crew here make it as pleasant and easy as it could be.

Century Dental review First let me tell you that I am a survivor of a very traumatic childhood and this was finally my chance 2 decades later to fix the smile that was taken from me back then. While still a decent smile, I had imperfections from broken teeth and poor dentistry as a child. I scheduled my 1st appointment on August 17th, and went in for initial prep. I would be receiving 4 crowns across the top front teeth of my mouth. The dentist himself presented as professional and caring and did a great job. The assistant however, when cementing a temporary bridge to my gums pushed them so hard her hand was shaking. I'd never had procedures like this before so I thought nothing of it. What followed was an entire month of pain and migraines from the pressure on my gums and teeth. I lived on a steady diet of ibuprofen and soup as I also could not use the teeth to eat because of the pain. I opted to get a whitening procedure done which was shortly after my 1st appointment and was thoroughly impressed with the results and the hygienist who did the procedure. I was told that they would take the results from the whitening and color match my crowns that day and then send them to the lab. A few weeks went by and I hadn't heard from the office so i called to inquire a few times. I kept getting the same response that they weren't in. Finally i get the call that they had arrived and promptly set an appointment to have them put in a few days later. And finally those wretched concrete covered, painful temporaries would be coming off! The assistant who removed my temporaries told me that my gums were severely swollen from them and that I should've come in to have them fixed. Had I known it wasnt normal, I certainly would have. To my dismay, the new crowns were nothing like my freshly whitened teeth and the color match was wrong. Also, they had a very big, square, old fashioned denture look to them. This was absolutely not what I had chosen or agreed to. I was very upset, but know that mistakes can happen. They again color matched my teeth and sent them back to the lab, also telling me that they were putting a rush on them. (CONTINUED IN 2ND REVIEW)

Great service and welcoming staff. My hygienist I think her name was Iris did a amazing job cleaning my teeth and explaining every step to me . The doctor and the lady that did my exrays also did a amazing job explaining everything and answering all my questions. I will definitely recommend them.

Best dental in the whole Pennsylvania area professional service this is my second visit here in 3 months I must say I love the staff and service here I recommend my mother in law and she was just as pleased and I will continue to recommend people here quick fast service best dentist james sirotnak hes the man you wanna see along with his assistant kefa its my second time seeing them both im highly please kefa makes you feel at home like family shes the assistant of dr james sirotnak together they make a great team and provide an experience like no other having teeth pain need a cleaning go to century dental and ask for dr james sirotnak and his assistant kefa

Love this place! The staff is friendly and efficient. The hours are flexible, they respond fast, and no wait when you arrive. The dentist is very nice and gentle. My dad and I have been going to them for years. I continued going to them even when they weren't covered under my new insurance bc the routine exam and cleaning when totally reasonable out of pocket and I was happy with them.

Back on 0720/201 I had a full blown tooth infection on my right tooth on the bottom....my face was swollen, it was hard to talk & especially with the mask on....the tooth hurt if I touched it with my tongue, if I would bite down I would go thru the roof....i went to the above as a walk in @9:30-10:00am & the lady at the desk was very sympathetic & gave me papers to fill out & asked me if I could come back at 11:30am & I said yes....I got in around 12:00 pm & exrays were taken & Dr. Dempsey came in & looked at the x-rays & looked in my mouth & said that yes indeed I did have an infection & he asked me if the tooth was sensitive & I said yes & he said he wasn't going to touch it & gave me a prescription for the infection & the pain....I really like Century Dental of Mount Pocono...they are courteous, professional & sympathetic because God knows I was in such pain & they took care of me & I am very thankful they did....I would go again to them & use Dr. Dempsey....

They are unprofessional their staff is rude the doctor is rude All they want is money there they don't help you at all they just give you an An attitude because they have to do something now Every time I go there they always try to charge me instead of my insurance company there

Great staff and a great experience this is my dentist from here on out. This is a dentist office that WILL NOT GOUGE prices to get money from you they are an honest dentist office and i will recommend to others
