My experience started with a severely painful tooth --ON A SATURDAY. Dr Chong saw me that same day, diagnosed the problem and temporarily relieved the pain. Next week, he pulled the tooth and began the process of giving me a new one. It took months, but the results were terrific. I cannot tell any difference in sight or feel. VERY professional and accommodating and sensitive to my pain level. I strongly recommend Dr Chong and his staff (never a problem with the billing or appointments or assistance in the procedures).

This guy doesn't really know what he's doing. I had an implant and a cavity filling which he butchered.I kept having pain even though he re-examined and re-did the filling. I got a second opinion from other dentist In the area who said there was actually a crack that this guy caused. Steer away from this guy. Also, his mannerism is non-existent. He treats his patients like nothing but a source for his income. LOOK AWAY!!!! He's legit the worst dentist in the area, especially for someone who's super expensive.

Dr. Chong is awesome! Him and the entire team at the office are very welcoming, positive, and supportive. Dr. Chong and his assistants are very experienced and they guide me in my dental journey with tips and suggestions to improve my oral health. Strongly recommend!

Dr. Chong is the best! I have been going to him for 10 years. He is kind and thoughtful and does an excellent job in any problem I have had and I have had many: Dr. Chong did 3 or 4 crowns, a root canal or two, some cavity fillings, and many cleanings of course. As anybody, I was nervous about pain but even his injections of pain killer don't hurt! He is the best and very professional. His staff and assistants are kind and very efficient at their jobs. I strongly recommend getting any work done here that you need done. You won't be disappointed at all!

This is a very unique dental clinic not easily found in anywhere in the US and offering the highest quality dental care that exceeds all your expectations you can possibly imagine. The dentist and all staffs are extremely kind and care patients to feel like treated as a family member. When I first time got anesthesia to place a crown, my mind was blown away by the silky smoothness of all the procedures. Of course the result was very much satisfying. This is my lifetime dental care I highly recommend.

Especially with COVID, I was worried about going to a dentist...but Dr. Chong has taken many precautions and measures to ensure the health and safety of his patients (asking all patients about any symptoms, taking your temperature, limiting patient to patient interaction in the office, sterile/clean office etc.). He explains all of your procedures very thoroughly and gives you peace of mind. He also makes sure that your procedures are as painless as possible (I'm terrible with pain too) and provides an environment where you can feel comfortable expressing if you have any issues. I would definitely recommend!
