For patients who require major work, a complete payment plan is designed with an appropriate payment schedule. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or any major credit card.
Dr. Krizek is a native Kansanand proud to be practicing in his home state. He purchased this practice in 1987. During his years here in Norton, Dr. Krizek has held a belief passed down from his father that community involvement and leadership are extremely important. Some of these civic activities have been: past president of Norton Rotaty Club, past president of Norton Lion's Club, founding board member of Big Brothers/Big Sisters, and president of the Norton Theatre Association since 2008. In his tenure as president of the Norton Theatre Association, he has presided over the current conversion to digital projection and renovation of the entire theatre complex. He has also held various other volunteer positions, etc.
Lisa joined the staff here at Centre Sky Dentistry in 2015. She comes to us with 32 years of experience working in the dental field. Lisa was born and raised in Norton. She has two children and three grandchildren. Her hobbies include: reading, sewing and crafting.
Karla has been a dental hygienist with Dr. Craig Krizek from 1998 to present. Karla received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology at Wayne State College in Wayne, NE. She served in the U.S. Navy as a Dental Technician for five years. She received her Associate's Degree in Dental Hygiene at the University of South Dakota in 1995. Karla received her Certificate of Massage Therapy at the Universal College of Healing Arts in Omaha, NE in 2008. She resides in Norton, KS with her husband, Ray. Her hobbies include: riding her motorcycle, fishing with Ray, reading, listening to music and attending concerts, and walking at the lake with her earbuds in.
Nickie is a Kansas State graduate where she received her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology in 2009. After college, she moved to Colorado Springs and received her Associates of Arts and Sciences in Dental Hygiene from Pueblo Community College in 2014. She and her husband decided to move back home to Kansas in December of 2019 to be near family. In her free time, she loves spending time with her two dogs, yoga and golfing with her husband.
Mika was born and raised in Oberlin, KS and still currently resides there with her husband and three-year old son. Mika graduated from Mid-Plains Community College in 2016 with an Associate of Applied Science in Dental Assisting and later graduated from Colby Community College in 2018 with an Associates in Dental Hygiene. When she isn't busy with her son, Mika enjoys playing corn hole, golfing, or going shopping.
Sharon started working at Centre Sky Dentistry in 2010 and has currently been working as a Dental Assistant here since January 2012. She is married with five children and five grandchildren. Her hobbies include: drinking good coffee, music, cooking and sewing.
Cami started at Centre Sky Dentistry in September of 2019. She was born and raised in Norton and has two children. Her past job experience includes working at Norton County Hospital/Medical Clinic for 15 years. She has been a CNA since 1999. Cami enjoys reading, cooking, and spending time at the lake in the summertime.
Corina comes to Dr. Krizek's office with 16 years of dental experience. She started as a dental assistant and then earned her Associates in Dental Hygiene in 2009 from Central Community College in Hastings, NE. Corina and her family moved to Oberlin, KS from Hastings, NE in June of 2020. She and her husband, Luke, married in 2003 and they have five children. Corina is also founder and co-director of Miriam's Hope. She enjoys scrapbooking, cooking, Pinterest, attending her children's activities, and family vacations.
