Dr. Nicole Carnicella is dedicated to both pursuing clinical excellence and providing a gentle, caring atmosphere for her patients to receive the best todays dentistry has to offer. After graduating magna cum laude from Muhlenberg College in Allentown with a bachelors degree in Biology/English, she earned her dental degree from the University of Pittsburgh.
Connie graduated in 1976 from Allegany College of Maryland. She has been practicing Dental Hygiene for 43 years and has been working 3 days a week with Dr Carnicella for the past 3 years. Connie loves spending time with her family and 4 grandchildren. Along with her husband, Steve she owns and operates Riffles and Runs B and B.
Elisa graduated from Pennsylvania State University in May 2004 with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and graduated from Allegany College of Maryland in 2007 with a degree in Dental Hygiene. I am certified to administer local anesthesia. I am excited to work in the dental field and passionate in helping patients feel good about their smiles along with making their experience in our office a great one!A little bit about me: I am one of eight siblings, I enjoy running outdoors, I am Italian, triple shot of espresso with half and half and I love boxer dogs!
Hayley graduated from South Hills School of Business and Technology with an Associates degree in diagnostic OBGYN Ultrasound. She has been in billing and collections for 8 years now and is enjoying her new career path with Dr. Carnicella. She loves being a mom and spending time with her family, friends and dog.
Liza is a 2002 graduate of West Virginia University. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in dental hygiene and is also licensed to give local anesthetic. Liza is from Bellefonte and really enjoys practicing in her hometown. She has been practicing with Dr. Carnicella for the past 12 years and has just recently started taking an office manager role. She enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.
Patti is the newest member of the team, joining the practice in 2018. She began dental assisting after high school, having attended the inaugural assisting class at Vo-Tech, and has spent most of her career in central PA. There were five years spent working as head assistant in a large Prosthodontic practice in Baltimore which was one of the pioneering practices in dental implants. Married for over forty years, she has a dental hygienist daughter and Air Force fighter pilot son and recently became a grandmother.
Prior to working with us, Vicky worked at a pediatric dental office in State College for 8 years. In the fall of 2015 she joined our team and truly enjoys working alongside Dr. Carnicella. Vicky currently lives in Pleasant Gap with her husband and two boys. Her oldest son is currently attending Shippensburg University majoring in Chemistry, and her youngest son is very active in baseball and football at Bellefonte.

WARNING.....DO NOT GO HERE...... UNLESS.. (PLEASE READ ON...) you want the BEST CARE EVER!!!! As a child I had bad experiences at the denist. The mere word "denist" scares me. However; that all changed as I walked into a very nice lobby area.today at Centre Dental Care I was greeted with a smile at the front desk. NO GRUMPY employees here! Now we all know the typical routine of standing in a room as the xray machine circles around you. Not here...Sara the technician explained everything she was doing before she did it. And it was done while sitting in the chair. Dr. Carnicello is absolutely FANTASTIC!!! She showed me my xrays and explained the options. When was the last time a denist ever used the xrays to show you the issues? Just one more surprise......the dental chair very lightly MASSAGES your back. I would highly HIGHLY recommend this dental office. THANK YOU DR. CARNICELLA and staff for introducing me to a new experience. YOU ROCK!!!!

They go above and beyond just customer service, they treat you like family! From insurance to scheduling issues, they helped me thru it all. The staff is AWESOME. Great atmosphere, friendly staff, and flexible, all around perfect!

I my whole life have hated going to the dentist! Feared it. But finally decided to take the giant leap. My sister told me about this place a d I must say I LOVE IT THERE! From the first minute you step in the door to the time you leave they treat you so kind. I will be smiling from ear to ear. And will no longer fear it because they keep me relaxed. Thank you Doctor C and your whole fantastic staff! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Dr Carnicella is the most gentle dentist I have ever seen. Her staff caters to people that have anxiety about going to the dentist. I wasn't proud of the state of my teeth before I went it. Chronic stress, smoking and being a bubblecious addict when I was young, caused me to need extensive work. She has the ability to do crowns in one sitting. It was painless. She will use a lot of Novocain to make sure you don't feel a thing. Her assistants are personally trained to her liking. I recently went into her office to get my snore appliance. ( I know longer have to use a cpap). Ask her what the name of the appliance is. All of her staff including the Dr were discussing a new technique all huddled together. I look forward to going bc I feel likes she really loves what she does. She is passionate and will do anything to make the patient comfortable. Her and her staff always greet me by name. They remember my history so I don't have to explain myself. Her practice is modern and too notch. I wasn't asked to give a review. I just want others that are afraid of the dentist to try her. You won't be disappointed.

One of my biggest fears is going to the dentist. The staff here knows this and they do everything they can to make me comfortable. I even got a blankie to squeeze instead of my hands. Love Dr. Carnicella and her staff! The equipment they use is also amazing! I won't be going anywhere else now.

I just had the best cavity filling experience of my life! The staff at Centre Dental Care was truly phenomenal. Each person was so kind and caring and explained my options thoroughly. They got me in super quick when they knew I was experiencing pain and I just have not had a better experience with a cavity being filled. I am so glad I was recommended by a friend to come here, and I will be back for my routine cleanings. Thank you so much, ladies!

Dr.C and her staff are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Words can not explain how wonderful they all have been and what they have done for not just me but my husband and daughter! I will continue with Dr.C till she retires and I really hope that's NEVER! I will NEVER GO anywhere else!

Set up with the smile program. What a fun visit to have John's bridge put back on. Who says that about going to a dentist. Hahaha Anyway see ya the end of next month. Get our cleanings and x-rays

I've been a patient for several years now and have been satisfied with the overall quality of care and price. I would suggest checking on what types of payment are accepted before scheduling an appointment as they no longer accept Care Credit. They have even made scheduling appointments during the pandemic possible. Overall I feel very comfortable recommending this practice to anyone.

Dr. C and her team are fantastic! I just got done with a cleaning and they were extremely diligent. They have done a few other procedures and have always explained the processes and given me estimates for the work being done. I highly recommend Dr. C and her team!

I was absolutely terrified of the dentist..GOTTA GIVE IT TO THIS PLACE ..DIDNT FEEL A THING AND ALL THE STAFF WAS AWESOME..DEFINITELY NOT AFRAID TO GO BACK HERE..KEEP IT UP THIS OFFICE KNOWS HOW TO MAKE YOU FEEL BETTER AND THEY REALLY CARE .. THANKS AGAIN CREW
