Today, Peg and I received the most extraordinary customer service at Alex Centrasota by Dr. Schiff and the entire staff. The had some equipment problems when they were testing it to get ready for their patients for the day. They told me they couldn't do my surgery in Alex. Rather than reschedule my surgery - removing my lower teeth and putting in posts - they asked Peg and I if we would be willing to drive to St. Cloud for the surgery. We said YES! Dr. Schiff and his assistants proceeded to pack up the supplies that they would need for my surgery, and they all drove to the St. Cloud Centrasota location!!! Truly amazing and unbelievable. I think they apologized for the inconvenience to Peg and me at least 20 times which is also incredible. Thank you so much to everyone at the Alexandria and St. Cloud Centrasota locations! You are AWESOME! Peg and I would highly recommend the Centrasota Oral Surgeons to anyone! Thank you again!

Great staff, made me feel comfortable before my procedure. Was totally satisfied with my results. Would recommend them to everyone needing oral surgery.

Thank you to the excellent dentist to good care of me he such s wonderful man his stuff who was with me today was extremely excellent I'm bless to have them took care of me with the removal of my irritating tooth. Greatly appreciated Gustavo Pena DDS, MS.

I would recommend Dr. Schiff for any procedure. Him and his staff were very nice, helpful, and great at what they are doing.

Wonderful and caring staff. Very professional and comforting ! Came highly recommended by my dentist and now I know why. They are top notch in care, facilities and staff. Amazing work !

I called on a referral and got very rude service from the lady that answered the phone. They refused to help me with my dental issues because I couldn't make it in due to my job so the lady snapped at me over the phone. I will never use this place for any dental work again instead I took my buisness over to solderholm and they gladly took me in same day.

I am very impressed by the professionalism, kindness and care of everyone I encountered at Centrasota Oral Surgeons today. Dr. Schiff did an amazing job and the nurses were incredibly helpful and informative.

I absolutely loved this place as the place to get my dental surgery done! Very caring and knowledgeable staff, whose willing to work with you and make sure you get taken care of as best you possibly can! Had no complications and healing time was fast. Was in and out in an hour, with no problems after the surgery, and no pain healing at all! I always recommend this place to everyone and will keep on doing the so!

They were so nice and I needed emergency surgery while on vacation. The doctor even came back after he'd already left. It was July 5th! I healed quickly and felt almost immediate relief. I would give five stars. HOWEVER, the billing department clearly has no idea what they're doing. They send a bill to someone out of state and give a due date for the day of or day after it's been received. Then they add on ridiculous charges to each bill everytime they send a reminder which is ridiculous. That's not what shipping costs, you're literally sending a letter, it costs 49 cents for a stamp. The phone number on each bill is incorrect and when called is the number for a teenage girl named Kayla? That's a great way for customers to not bother you about anything they may or may not need to know. And last but not least, I've paid them in full and have received another bill totalling almost a hundred dollars that says final notice. Sorry, but until I can call someone and ensure I'm not sending money where it shouldn't go, I'm not sending another payment. Absolutely AWEFUL!!!!
