I had my wisdom teeth removed and it was the best experience. Dr.Chalk and his team were all through with what was going to happen and the surgery went smoothly! Very very pleased:)

Very pleased with Friendly Staff, Convenient Location, Clean and Bright Office. Doctor was Friendly, he verified what the procedure would entail and pain level was minimal. Most of all the Dr. was able to extract tooth all within one visit, that was very helpful because of my 1 hr travel. Overall, Extremely Pleased with my first experience !

Dr Carvajal and his surgical assistant are a fantastic team. They work together flawlessly. They also took all the time I needed to answer any questions I had and to make sure I was well informed of the procedure and recovery. They also made sure to check on me during the procedure to make sure I was doing alright. I couldn't be happier with the level of professionalism and care that I received there.

Facility was lovely, welcoming and clean. Staff and Dr Chalk were pleasant and explained everything to me and my husband. Great customer service. We felt very well informed. We would highly recommend your facility to anyone needing these types of services.

I would like to Thank my Dentist and Nurse that Did A Excellent job!!! I had a tooth extracted today. 4/5/22. I have had 3 other teeh extracted last year. I am saying Central Virginia Oral and Facial Surgery Does a Excellent Job!!!! Call Tham if You need Help!!!

What a great experience at Central Virginia Oral and Facial Surgery. I was very impressed with my entire experiece. I was scared to have my procedure done and I was so glad that I went ahead and had it done here. Dr. Chalk is FANTASTIC! Everyone was extremely nice and tried their best to put me at ease because I was very nervous. I left the appointment feeling great with such a new outlook on any additional procedures I have in the future. I would highly recomend this office to anyone who has any fears of getting dental work done.
