My best friend recently came here to get two teeth pulled and after he did not receive the proper care. He did not get any gauzes and now is in the hospital because his mouth was bleeding tremendously. Doctors believe he now has liver clots in mouth and he is in a lot of pain. The people taking care of him should of gave him gauzes and more info on how to heal properly at home. Very unprofessional.

How ridiculous is it that you can't even get an EMERGENCY appointment until SEPTEMBER 2022! Unacceptable!

Had two bad encounters here, not impressed with them in Farmville. Had daughter's wisdom teeth removed first, they gave her wrong meds but were closed for 4 days after, Had to pay for appointment elsewhere to get her relief. Tried them again, scheduled myself confirmed appointment to only have them cancel less then week before after I rearranged schedule. Did not seem to care about inconvenience on either account.

I did not use your services- -my wife Dale did. Even though her procedure was extremely painful she knew that Dr. Chalk did his best to control her pain.

The experience was awesome but I thought $350. was quite much for only six minutes of work. It was so easy too. Renuded my faith in the profession. Thank you so much.

Excellent staff and doctor. Four surgical extractions and yet it was still a great experience. I will recommend them to everyone.

Dr. Evan Chalk is an excellent oral surgeon! I'm sorry I had a mental break down in your office. You would too if other doctors harvested you for your parts and then after you lose them all you find out it was over an infected lymph node the whole time!! I'm so sorry!! Thank you for your prayers!!

This place really put me at ease. I had never had surgery on my mouth. All I have to say is Dr. Pinch is the best. He let me know everything that he was going to do before he did it. Great experience.

Had a tooth pulled today and the procedure went very well. No pain during or after. Even the customer service was awesome. I definitely recommend this dentist to anyone.

Everyone was thoughtful and kind, from the receptionist to the doctor. I was there quite awhile and I never felt rushed. All my questions were answered. Definitely a great team of employees there.

I WAS SCHEDULED FOR A CONSULTATION @ 2:45 BUT THEY WERE ABLE TO EXTRACT TOOTH, I WAS HOME BY 4:15.

Dr. Chalk and his staff at the Farmville office were great. They made me feel comfortable for surgery and got me through with no issues at all. Would highly recommend!
