The team seems professional, but I want be true to my actual experience. I was referred to them by my dentist. I was charged for the consultation with the oral surgeon here, which wasn't covered by my insurance. I called my insurance provider and was told it was an exam claim. But, in fact, I had all the exam done with my dentist already. The oral surgeon basically just went through what my dentist told me. I wasn't even informed of the charge! It'd have been great if they were more transparent about the fee. Besides the fee issue, I got a dry socket. When I went in with concerns, the surgeon wasn't very patient. He didn't seem to want to answer my questions about my prognosis. I could use some empathy as I was worried and in a lot of pain.

The best experience I've ever had having a tooth extracted. Sedation was painless and no side effects afterwards. No pain medicine required. Very professional team.

I had two implants prepared. I can't take NSAIDS so it was very painful. I called for a fill of pain meds since they only gave me 2 days worth on Friday morning and were not open til Monday am. I called at 9 am Monday and continued calling until they finally called it in at 3:30. I think a little empathy for the patient would go a long way. I intend on looking elsewhere for future implants since there is no need to suffer the way they make you suffer. Apparently your medical information is not confidential as my name was exposed in your reply.

Everyone at Central Valley was very professional and kind. From the receptionist to the assistants and the doctor. The procedure was explained and overall painless. I would definitely recommend their office to others.

In the process of getting a dental implant. Dr.Anderson has been very professional explains everything and has great manners. His staff has been kind as well. It's sad that these days I would be so surprised to be treated with much courtesy when having to go through a medical procedure. MY VISIT YESTERDAY: These people are amazing. Go here. You won't regret it!

This office is great. It is clean, quiet not over booked so you don't have to wait long to get in. The staff is professional, helpful and kind. Dr. Smith was on task and he explained everything very well. Thanks to you all.

I am so grateful for Dr. Anderson and his staff. The girls are all kind and pleasant. I had an issue with my implant that took longer to heal then expected. I cannot say enough about the exceptional care I received. Dr. Anderson was professional, concerned and patient. Which was reassuring, and lessened my anxiety. So blessed and grateful that the outcome was a positive one.
