Dr Anderson was very nice and really informative about explaining the procedure and after care to my husband. The front office staff was very nice. The back office assistant could be have been more helpful with educating the procedure and being caring towards us. The assistant was yelling at the other assistant and it wasn't very professional.

The office staff and medical assistants are all wonderful people. They were on time and the doctor was always checking to make sure I was not in any pain. Hate going to the dentist? Me too, but if you really need quality care then I would definitely recommend this office.

My son has to have a tooth surgically removed, I was so nervous! The doctor made me feel so comfortable and they all answered all my questions very patiently. The day of surgery everything went awesome!

Very very dissatisfied... Dr was great wth IV but his office staff (insurance & billing) was not cooperative. The dr has 2 offices ( Visalia and hanford). I had the same tooth extraction and only pad $30 for deductible using my insurance and my wife's as secondary. My wife n I have same company dental insurance. So we went to hanford office this time and my wife had to have the same Anastasia and same tooth extraction USING SAME INSURANCE. And the office stated we owed $454.00. Reason was they stated the Anastasia was under review. Long story short. They did not call insurance they only went based off common issue and instead calling to see coverage they mailed out claim. I took it further n only 8 min worth of calling my wife's n my insurance both stated if the office would've seen online claim or just called no out of pocket would've been issued. So I'm out of $500 that was needed for our son's bday gift thts in 1 week. Due to the mailing in claims n laziness of the office I won't see my money back anytime soon. My family will take the drive to Visalia where the staff there is on it and not just about chit chatting.

Went in for two dental implants. Dr.Anderson did an amazing job. Staff have been so nice. I have a fear of the Dentist and have been putting this off because I was petrified. I am so glad I went in and got it done! It was not bad at all. Cannot wait to finish.

My daughter got a scheduled consultation and surgery same day rather quickly. Everyone was so nice. From the front office staff, assistants, to the dentist, everyone made her feel comfortable and at ease explaining everything. She was really nervous to get her wisdom teeth removed. We were there less than an hour. Phenomenal staff all the way around! Highly recommend.

I started going there in January after having two teeth extracted, bone implant and post. I have had absolutely no discomfort. The office staff are friendly. I love my my doctor. They treated me very well. The whole process went so smoothly. I would definitely recommend Central Valley dental implants to anyone who needs the procedure.

As nervous as I was, Dr. Anderson and staff walked me through each step of the way. I was in need of an extraction with a broken root, with a bone graph and an implant to follow. The appointment went flawless with no discomfort with a nice assisted sleep. I highly recommend them for any of your extraction and implant needs!

This is my second procedure at Dr. Smith's office. Never had after pain, no pain pills. The nicest group of office staff, dental hygienist was exceptional. She explained everything specifically, and then Dr. Smith repeated everything as well, I truly like that. I would recommend Dr. smith to anyone I come across.

Got me in right away. The sun aff was very nice and helpful. Dr Smith had my wisdom tooth out in about a half hour with no pain. Hope I never have to go back. But if I do it'll be here.

Dr Smith was extremely compassionate and forthcoming in his communications with me for my procedure. The staff is knowledgeable, patient, kind, and available when we need them. They continually answer and address all my questions and concerns. Dr Smith and staff put me completely at ease prior to my procedure and made me feel as if I was the only patient for the day. I highly recommend their office for your major dental needs and look forward to the continued excellence of care they will provide to me

My son had all 4 of his wisdom teeth removed. Staff was friendly and super attentive. I was able to schedule an appointment in a timely manner. The staff made sure to explain the process and go over after care instructions very thoroughly. I would highly recommend them.
