Dr. Berniker received his BA Degree in Economics, summa cum laude from Union College in Schenectady, New York in 1978. He graduated from Emory University Dental School in 1982 where he earned his DDS Degree. Upon completion of a general practice residency at University Hospital in Stony Brook, Dr. Berniker entered private dental practice. He now has over 30 years of experience practicing in the dental industry.
He enjoys all phases of dental practice with particular interest in implant dentistry. He devotes a great deal of time to continuing education programs and understands the need to stay current and competent in the ever changing technological developments in dentistry. Dr. Berniker is an active member of the American Dental Association, the New York State Dental Society, and the Suffolk County Dental Society.
Dr. Coscia received a Bachelors Degree in Biology from Manhattanville College. He continued his doctoral studies at the State University of New York at Stony Brook. While at Stony Brook, Dr. Coscia conducted periodontal research and was a mentor for his peers. After graduation, he continued his training through a general practice residency at New York Hospital.
Dr, Coscia is well trained in implant dentistry and rotary instrument single visit root canal therapy. He is an active member of the American Dental Association, the NYS Dental Society, the Suffolk County Dental Society, and the Academy of General Dentistry.
