They make you feel comfortable when your there. They explain what you need done and they don't make you feel like just a paycheck.

All of the receptionists don't know how to do their job, then will give an attitude for absolutely no reason. Shame on all of you.

The worst dentist I have ever been too! They gave me two fillings and they both came out within two days. They set me up with another dentist in their office and they fixed the fillings for me. Then they made me a crown that lasted a year and a half and that fell out. When I went in to have it put back on, another dentist looked at it and asked who did the original work. I told them and they were annoyed and said they'd put the crown back on but could not give me any guarantees and if it fell off again, I'd have to go to their Cicero office where the orginal dentist who put it on would have to fix it. When he put it back on I said it did not feel right and he said it was fine. Now if feels weird to chew. I'm finding a new dentist office, this place is horrible! Please stay away from here!

Ifff I could give this please negative stars I would this is by far the worst place I have ever been in my entire life. Not only do the staff and uh I guess hygienist? You would think they're working for hooters, they were some of the rudest women I've ever met, and they do NOT LISTEN. Sketchy place, sketchy location. Associated with Fulton. The filling was uneven, They make you wait an extra 20 minutes, AND It was a living nightmare. They truly ruined my entire smile,Ike actually ruined my entire smile and I will never get it back :( Save yourself honestly

They've been able to get me in quickly for each appointment and I have no complaints about the work done.

From the 1 st start for my procedure to the 5 th time going, it's all been a joke. The Dr. Dr. Fred is not professional at all. When you get novicaine it doesn't end up going down your throat! Sat there waiting for it to go numb, never happened. I walked out. I was not happy at all and should have went with my gut from the 2 ND visit. I Highly don't recommend them !!!

Can't say enough about the staff here. They're extremely Professional & courteous that in itself is everything you want in a dental office, the waiting area and exams rooms are spotless. And it seemed they eased my fear of the dentist with out even trying. That's the 5 star for me !!

I can't say enough good things about this dentist office. I hadn't been to the dentists in 10 years, and the last time I had been was to get my braces off. To say I was scared of the dentist is an understatement. When I became pregnant I started to have some issues with my teeth. Shelly, the hygienist made sure I was super comfortable and explained everything she was going to do. Being pregnant they couldn't do X-rays, but they would at my next cleaning after I gave birth. My two front teeth needed crowns, a back tooth needed a crown and a broken tooth needed to be pulled. Dr. White made sure to explain everything to me very well. She also made sure I would be comfortable. And she did just that. My front teeth look so beautiful again and are no longer sensitive, now for the broken tooth she referred me out to a oral surgeon which I don't blame her, it was broken to the root. The dental assistants were super wonderful as well. From my experience from this office I no longer fear the dentist. I would recommend this office to anyone!

I switched to this dentist because it's closer to home. The front desk staff are lovely to talk to, however they continually told me my insurance was covering the work being done to my teeth, even though I expressed that I didn't think my insurance covered more than 'X' amount. I just received a very large bill confirming my worries. I gave them my secondary insurance at my last visit, and they did not bill it like I asked them to. My other gripe is that every time I call, I get stuck with the voicemail. Sometimes it takes a while to get my call returned. And finally, I know I had to have a lot of work done on my teeth. I'm someone with immense anxiety and did not take great care of my teeth growing up - and paying for it now. I had not seen a dentist in about 3 years due to some moves, life changes, and anxiety. Finally I worked up the courage to see someone, and I was essentially laughed at by one of the dental hygienists my first visit in because my teeth were so bad. I was in tears on my way home. I know they don't think you can hear them but I knew they were talking about the state of my teeth in a non professional way. It made my anxiety shoot through the roof, and the whole time I'm getting work done I just want to apologize for how bad they are. They did a good job cleaning my teeth, but the work they have done feels rushed. My teeth hurt so much worse than they did prior to the cavities being filled. My bite isn't quite right, I feel that they added too much or took away too much tooth certain areas. Even though I have a long way to go with my teeth, I'm scared to go to any more appointments. UPDATE: I just got billed for work I had done a YEAR AGO. They have endlessly messed up billing and told me that I'm all set, and then I find a huge bill in the mail months later. The teeth they worked on feel horrible, huge gaps and pain. I am very upset, and will be switching out. There's just no reason for this.

I absolutely love this office, I have a really bad fear of the dentist and get horrible anxiety. Not only was Shelly a sweetheart but put me at ease . She had more patience then I deserved when it came to taking X-rays. She was very gentle and informative when she was cleaning my teeth. Dr. White has a very calming and friendly personality she too was very informative and involved me in the plan to restore my smile . I am grateful to have found this office and the great staff. I am excited to get my smile back.
