October 2022, my first experience having a root canal. Im from out of the area and had no clue who to seek for this treatment. I am so very lucky the first number I called was this office. And lucky me I had Dr. Richie. WOW. Ive been in the medical field 40+ years and have very few times witnessed a doctor that had such a fantastic bedside manner. Cant say enough about this man. Described the procedure step by step before starting and then took time to speak during each step of the procedure. Truly I have phobia of dentist and I can say I was put at ease and the procedure went well and I was out of the chair in short span of time. So thankful to be treated well from the time I made my first phone call to to the time I left the office. Excellent staff, 5 star service all the way. Thank you Dr. Richie and Alania.

Dr. Saylor, his assistant Taylor, and all of the staff were amazing. Very friendly, welcoming, and reassuring. Though I don't recommend root canals, now that I've had one done with Dr. Saylor at Central Pennsylvania Endodontics, I wouldn't go anywhere else should I ever need another.

I cannot even put into words how great my experience was. With being five months pregnant, getting a root canal was the last thing I wanted to do. Every single person in the office went above and beyond. My husband had a root canal 5 months prior and just had the absolute best experience as well. I literally do not have one negative thing to say. Whether or not you like the dentist, if you have to have any work done, this is where I would go!

Prior to my appointment, the office staff was very helpful and called my insurance company and did their best to make sure that I had all information that I needed regarding cost. I had about an hour drive and the staff called to make sure that I was finding parking okay. When I went into my appointment, I was feeling sad/anxious/frustrated with myself and Robin, the assistant, was incredibly kind and patient and Dr. Saylor did an incredible job explaining every step of the process and making sure that I was completely comfortable. I left with very little pain/discomfort and the staff is taking care of the out-of-network claim with my insurance - one less thing on my to-do list.

Dr Saylor and everyone at the office are amazing. My 2nd root canal this year from them and everything went perfectly. Highly recommend.

Rob French here....GREAT job by Dr. Chang and his assistant!! Sorry that I do not remember your name!!! Both of you were terrific....who knew getting a root canal could be so much fun!!! Thanks so much for making the process easy and seamless from start to finish.....23 is my new favorite number!!!

I was referred to Central Pennsylvania Endodontics by my local dentist for an emergency root canal. Dr. Richey & his assistant, Alaina We're amazing! They treated me with the upmost kindness & compassion that a patient could ever ask for! 100% completely satisfied ! Bradley Schneider

Thank you Dr. Saylor and Alaina for talking me through my 1st root canal. I didnt sleep a wink last night. I was very nervous coming in. Both of you stuck with me when I felt (in the chair)--- panic. Just talking to me and explaining what you were doing was very helpful and in some ways soothing. Thank you!!

I've seen Dr. Saylor for 2 issues now in both the State College and DuBois offices. Each time he was knowledgeable, professional and had a good bedside manner. The office staff have been just as nice and professional. I would highly recommend them to others.

Dr. Richey performed a root canal on a crowned molar. It was quick, painless, and well done. Root canals have come a long way since my last one about 35 years ago! I appreciated his step-by-step explanations too. The staff was friendly and professional. I highly recommend this practice!

My husband Michael had a root canal done by Dr Saylor today and my husband said the doctor and his staff were amazing. Best dental experience he has had considering what he needed done! Professional and courteous staff and experts in their profession!! Highly recommend!!

Very impressed with all staff! Dr. Chang was amazing. My root canal procedure was painless. He was informative thus making me more relaxed every step of the way. I wouldn't hesitate to see him again!!!
