I had an excellent experience here. The front desk staff were pleasant, paperwork was swift and Dr. Mistretta was professional. He made the procedure feel comfortable and I am well pleased.

I got both my wisdom teeth on the left side taken out earlier this morning, needless to say I am recovering well. My experience in this office exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in I was greeted genuinely and made to feel comfortable even when I was clearly a bit nervous. I asked about sedation and the receptionist over the phone informed me that they work with nitrous oxide. I let the receptionist know that I would like to have it because I didn't want to be so nervous. Dr. Mistretta walked me through the procedure and told me confidently that I didn't need it and that I would be just fine. He was right about that! Everything went as he said it would. The procedure was quick and mostly painless. His demeanour amd professionalism throughout the whole procedure kept me calm and trusting that it was all going to be fine. I am really happy with my experience at this office. Thank you to the entire team at Central Park South Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery for making this experience easy and bearable.

Best doctor!! I was a new patient who called for an emergency visit and was told to come in right away. I was in so much pain!! His staff was so welcoming and within 10 mins I was out of pain!! I would recommend him highly!!

I visited Dr. Mistretta in complete agonizing pain. He was very attentive. His staff was incredible. I came out feeling 100% better!!. I definitely recommend him to anyone in the tri state area. He is worth the travel!!!

Best doctor!! I was a new patient who called for an emergency visit and was told to come in right away. I was in so much pain!! His staff was so welcoming and within 10 mins I was out of pain!! I would recommend him highly!!

Lack of professionalism, very aggressive with patients, AND reckless care to patients. I could go on but the list would be long. Surprised this business is still going especially with such a disrespectful Dr. and assistant. The possibility of getting an infection, is more likely if you go here to get your teeth removed.

Throughout my whole experience I was rushed through everything the only person that was nice was the african American receptionist who helped me and gave me paperwork other than that the Spanish assistant with curly hair kept rushing me and was so rude she didn't have no compassion attitude towards me at all. I didn't feel like a priority at all when I was there. Not to mention, apparently it's this whole big inconvenience if you want to keep your teeth. I didn't receive no stitches after having two of my wisdom teeth pulled out and I wasn't prescribed any medication and when I asked for a doctors note they really expected me to heal in 1 to 2 days my face is literally swollen. Please choose a different place.
