I would never go back to this office. A complete waste of my time. I booked an appointment here with Ngozi and she was not professional at all. I had an 8am appointment, brought all insurance and identification materials needed, and waited for almost an hour and a half before she called me to the front desk and told me she wouldn't move forward with my procedure. I asked why and her reasoning was "there are different types of Aetna insurance" and "she couldn't confirm which type mine was", but that didn't make sense since her office was listed and recommended as a participant in the network by an Aetna professional. When I asked her to clarify she gave vague answers and told me I'd have to find somewhere else to go. She told me the receptionist tried to call the number on my insurance card for 30 minutes with no luck, yet when I called immediately after, I got through immediately. They even tried to call the office but she refused to speak to them. I suspect it was related to money and the insurance plan I had. Regardless, My time wasn't valued and even if her reasoning was valid, she showed no empathy toward me seeing as I wasted almost 2 hours of my morning with nothing to show for it.

Was referred by a Dentist for oral surgery. Every appointment resulted in at least an hour in the waiting room before being seen. The surgeon was dismissive and defensive when I tried to ask questions and understand the recommendations, I'm sure they were busy, but it was off-putting to say the least. One staff member who handles insurance was generally helpful and answered many of my questions. Was told I needed several expensive procedures, confirmed over the phone that my insurance would not cover them and came in prepared to pay out of pocket and have the work done. The surgeon seemed shocked by the news of my insurance (which I had learned several days before from their office) and immediately referred me to a teaching hospital "to save me money" though it felt like they were trying to get rid of me rather than waste their time on someone with insufficient insurance to bill. That visit could have been a phone call, rather than have me prepare for a procedure they had no intention of performing. I have since seen another surgeon and they are not recommending any of the extra procedures this office convinced me I needed. Things seem unprofessional and inconsiderate at best and I do not recommend wasting your time and energy trying to deal with this office. (There are several other dental offices in the building so check your suite number to avoid confusion as well.)

I wasted an referral on them, wasn't very helpful, acted like they didn't want to do any dental type of work that is too complicated.

I went to the dentist today which was my 3rd time, counting my primary dentist visit who referred me here to Central Park south Dental a week prior- I was suppose to have my wisdom teeth removed and each time they sent me home after not doing any work on my teeth. the first time they told me that I needed a scan done and that they were unaware if the insurance would cover the scan. so we submitted the case and waited. I called a day before going back the third time to confirm the scan was approved and that I was good to come in and have the procedure done. Both the office and my insurance confirmed the scan was approved. well when I got there today I was informed that it was denied. I then confirmed who informed me and I notified who it was in the office and she also confirmed she did tell me that and that her computer was showing approved. Now I am being told that its a different scan and that it was not approved and I will have to pay $450 for the procedure. I then questioned what exactly am I paying for the procedure or the scan? I was informed the scan. confusing.I was also told this same price the first time I visited. I then asked what was going to happened with the scan that I just took 20mins ago. he said nothing will happen. so I asked him about the money spent on that scan today and how will this help me - no answer - I then asked so was the scan taken today $450? - no direct answer- as you can see its a lot of going back and fourth with no telling who is more informed or not. and even worst who's being honest. This place preys on the ignorant and weak. I would like to know what my insurance money was spent on having to go to this place 3 different times and being charged each time. I didnt even have to take my mask off the first time they diagnosed me.

This office is so unorganized and a complete waste of time. They had me waiting in the waiting room for 2 hours before even beginning my consultation. They sit around taking their time, the office is very dirty and they are completely unprofessional. I don't recommend this office!

SWINDLER OFFICE. To tell my story short, was charged for the procedures covered by my insurance. On documents which they sent to my credit card they fake my signature. Procedures they did to me not the same they sent to the insurance company , so they tried to get the money not only from me but also from insurance. All calls I made to the office about this issue was ignored. Guess what? I'm going to litigate them and will do everything in my power to take there licenses away.

Very satisfied and highly recommend! They took me as a walkin with a swollen cheek. I did not have to wait long to get seen. After a small procedure and course of medication my abscess went down and i am scheduled to remove my tooth next Saturday.

I had my wisdom teeth extracted last Saturday under IV sedation. I didn't have any questions because the doctor and staff informed me about everything ahead of time. They even made sure the taxi was ordered ahead of time

The office was busy which is an indicator that the place is doing good work. Front desk already had all the info they needed from my referring dentist which made my life so much easier. Dentist was very nice and she was very knowledgeable.
