If I could give them negative review I would. They told me I needed urgent treatment and gave an insane out of pocket price (obviously none of this urgent treatment was covered by the insurance). During my visit home I went to see a dentist I've known for 20 years and fully trust and he told me that there is nothing wrong with my teeth and doesn't understand the medical advice I received. The staff is also not nice or helpful, with any question or inquiry I had they never helped or did a follow up. It feels like they build your trust and then try to use it for their benefit.

This office is terrible. Not only are the dentists inconsistent in their advice and care, but the reception staff are rude and inconsiderate. Do not waste your time or risk your oral health visiting this practice. The last time I visited I waited 30 minutes after my cleaning for the dentist to come in. This time I scheduled 2 months in advance and was told my appointment was cancelled a week and a half in advance, and was rudely given 2 options to reschedule. When I asked for additional options the receptionist hung up on me. I called back to speak with the doctor, and she too was rude, even though she offered me additional times. These people clearly don't care about their patients or reputation. I do not recommend.

I went in to get replacement dentures and they were charging me $1000 copayment even after when I called my insurance and they said they covered it. They were also trying to get me to a treatment that I said I did not want or need. They were trying to take advantage of me and that isn't right. Do not recommend going here at all.

I have been going to this office (precious central dentist) for years. During my last cleaning I was told that I urgently need Invisalign for the health of my teeth, I need a mouth guard and I need to fill a filling. Made it seem like I urgently needed a ton of work and pressured me to buy all the treatments immediately. This made me feel somewhat shocked so I got another opinion who told me there is nothing wrong with my mouth and I don't even need a filling. Not sure what kind of scam is being run but it's money making one for sure.

I set up an appointment here weeks in advance using the official site's website, only to have the receptionist call me while I was on the way to the appointment and say that they were closed on Tuesdays, though it says on their website that it was open from Mon- Thurs. It was a complete waste of my time. When she tried to reschedule and heard my insurance, she told me she would not schedule me because they had enough patients with my insurance, and said that I should call again in a couple of months without even asking me if I was prepared to pay out of pocket, which I would not have minded. I'm obviously setting up an appointment now because I need care now, not in a couple of months. Healthcare discrimination is real and alive before you even make it in to the office.

Abysmal patient care. Went in for routine cleaning, and they sat me in dentists chair for over 45 minutes, without attending to me. When I gathered my things and let them know I was leaving, they reassured me "someone would be available soon". If you're overbooking, at least be courteous enough to tell your patients, so they can block off an entire day of work if they want to get their teeth cleaned.

The office was clean and bright. I had to wait a bit but for what I had done it was quick and easy. All the staff was professional and friendly. I had been coming for years and they have always done great work.

Very nice receptionist, helpful and understanding. Dr Levingart was excellent! He explained everything and made sure my mouth was completely numb for the extraction. The whole experience was great, considering I had to have a tooth extraction. Thank you, for making what could've been a terrible experience a pleasant one.

Dentist and staff are very personable and make an effort to put you at ease. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Today I had a deep cleaning followed by a laser treatment. The hygienist who did the initial cleaning was efficient and personable. During the laser treatment, the dentist continually offered to numb my gums to ensure that I was comfortable. He explained everything that he did at the end of the procedure and ensured that my questions were answered. I highly recommend this dental office.

Dr. Garry has been my dentist for as long as I can remember. He is extremely good at what he does and have been the kindest person during procedures. He takes the time to explain procedures and gives great advise on preventative measures and after care. The staff is also pleasant, personable and makes you feel comfortable. With the added stress visiting the dentist, this team makes it a lot more bearable. Great Team!!

This place has been in the neighborhood for so long and I can honestly see why... what a great, local, family practice. You can tell they strive to make the dental experience absolutely comfortable and as pain free as possible for their patients. Dr. Diana even has a playlist going with a great vibe when you walk in. Shazamed a few of the tunes while I was there

The staff is very friendly and the wait is never long. I take my kids and they try their best to keep them calm and explain what is happening and try to be as gentle as possible.
