Dr. DiCicco attended San Diego State University, where he majored in Biology and began his pre-dental course of study. As an undergraduate, Dr. DiCicco was awarded an externship at Northeastern University School of Dentistry. He also attended a dental school in Chicago, for a month during his summer break, to further expand his dental knowledge. Before he completed his undergraduate education, Dr. DiCicco was accepted to Temple University School of Dentistry as an advanced-standing student.

At Temple University, Dr. DiCicco achieved honors from the Periodontal Society and the Stomatognathic (Occlusal) Honor Society. Upon graduation, Dr. DiCicco worked as an associate to his childhood mentor in Philadelphia. Before he relocated to New York City, Dr. DiCicco owned and directed a successful dental practice in Philadelphia for nine years.

As a member of the Dental Organization for Oral Conscious Sedation (DOCS), Dr. DiCicco brings to the practice exceptional surgical and endodontic skills, including the ability to service highly anxious patients. Dr. DiCicco performs general, restorative, and cosmetic dental treatments.

Dr. Joseph B. Pantaleo was born and raised in Queens, New York. He comes from a family of two brothers and one sister. With two immigrant parents, Dr. Pantaleo was raised on the principles that hard work pays off, to be true to yourself and to never give up. With a goal of becoming a dentist at such a young age, Dr. Pantaleo attended St. Francis College in Brooklyn Heights where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Bachelor of Arts in English, both as a Honors Program Scholar and Magna Cum Laude. He further continued his education to New York University College of Dentistry and attained a degree of Doctor of Dental Surgery. Pursuing his dream, Dr. Pantaleo advanced his professional career at Jamaica Hospital Medical Center where he received his residency diploma.

Outside of school, Dr. Pantaleo is involved in both community and professional activities. As a member of the alumni board for St. Francis Preparatory School in Fresh Meadows, Queens, he is the organizer and director for the Health Science Alumni Chapter and the annual Golf Outing overseeing the entire committee. He is a member of the Knights of Columbus and regularly volunteers his time to the community in Whitestone, New York. Dr. Pantaleo regularly lectures at both St. Francis Prep and St. Francis College to inspire young students to achieve their goals using his Franciscan values. He has also lectured at NYU College of Dentistry and other dental schools and residency programs. More recently, Dr. Pantaleo has developed a mentorship program in which he takes students interested in dentistry into his office and demonstrates to them what it is like to be a dentist.

Professionally, Dr. Pantaleo is associated with the non-profit organization, Global Penicillin Girl, in which he organizes a dental outreach to Guatemala yearly. With the help of the non-profit, he is able to bring residents from local hospitals and other dentists in order to provide care for the people of Guatemala who may be unable to access care. This was a personal goal that Dr. Pantaleo had set for himself at a young age. He is a member of the American Dental Association (ADA), Academy of General Dentistry (AGD), American Academy of Cosmetic Dentist (AACD), and Special Care Dentistry Association (SCDA). Dr. Pantaleo is also the co-founder and vice-president of Tomorrows Smile Today, a not-for-profit organization that provide free dental care and education to underserved communities around the world.

Today, Dr. Pantaleo treats patients in his private practice Central Park Dentistry. He is also the Director of Dental Care in the Trump Pavilion for Nursing and Rehabilitation in the Jamaica Hospital Medical Center in Jamaica, Queens, and is a Dental Attending/Clinical Instructor for the Mt. Sinai Hospital located on the Upper East Side in Manhattan, New York.

Dr. Jocelyn Tan is a dedicated and experienced dentist specializing in prosthodontics, implant dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, and dental pain management for her patients in New York City. Dr. Tan-Chu is multilingual, speaking English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Fujian and Taiwanese. She is a member of the American Dental Association, the Greater New York Academy of Prosthodontics, the American College of Prosthodontics, the New York State Dental Association, and the New York County Dental Society.

Dr. Tan attended the New York Universitys School of Dentistry to complete her medical degree. She completed two postdoctoral residencies in general practice and prosthodontics with the New York Hospital Queens. Dr. Tan-Chu provides her patients with restorative dentistry care that includes preventative care, operative care, and prosthetic work, such as crowns, complete dentures, and partial dentures.

Dr. Feldman is passionate about ensuring that coming to the dentist is a positive experience for each patient and works with families to establish good oral health practices from an early age. She focuses on prevention and conservative approaches to dental treatment (minimally invasive dentistry). Dr. Feldman completed her doctoral training at Harvard School of Dental Medicine, which included two years of classes at Harvard Medical School. This cultivated her interest in providing dental treatment to medically complex patients. To further advance this knowledge, she completed her post-doctoral training in the specialty of pediatrics at Boston Childrens Hospital, Harvard School of Dental Medicine. During this time, she refined her skills at managing complex dental trauma cases and a very medically diverse and anxious patient population. She is trained in oral sedation, general anesthesia, and interceptive orthodontics. Dr. Feldman completed her B.A. in psychology at Barnard College, at the time not realizing how useful her degree would be in the field of pediatrics. She enjoys spending time with her patients and establishing long term, trusting relationships. She finds that this is a crucial element to successful visits.

Outside of private practice, Dr. Feldman is a Clinical Assistant Professor at New York University College of Dentistry, serving as the Postdoctoral Director for the Advanced Education Program in Pediatric Dentistry. She loves teaching the next generation of pediatric dentists. She is the recipient of a Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) K02 grant for public health studies and research of and coordination of interprofessional education and practice at NYU. She is pursuing her masters in public health part time at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.

Dr. Feldman is a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry, and serves as a consultant and grants reviewer for the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. Dr. Charley Levy attended Cornell University where he received his B.A. in Economics. Following Cornell, Dr. Levy attended Columbia University College of Dental Medicine. While in dental school, he was the lead author of two journal articles published in the New York State Dental Journal and the Journal of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. After graduating from Columbia, Dr. Levy spent 2 years of residency training in oral surgery at Weill Cornell. As a result of this intensive training, he became proficient in all of the basics of oral surgery. This included extraction of teeth, placement of dental implants and the ability to work with medically compromised patients. His last 2 years of post-graduate training were at Montefiore Medical Center and Columbia University where he concentrated on the more advanced aspects of general dentistry. In addition to complex dental restorations, he gained extensive experience in restoring dental implants. The 4 years of training after dental school provided an unusual opportunity to become proficient in all areas of general dentistry.
