The office got me in the same day (within two hours) for an emergency appointment due to me having severe tooth and jaw pain. They were fast, honest, efficient, and very kind. Both the doctor and office staff were amazing! Unfortunately my tooth couldn't be saved. But the doctor quickly did a CBCT to accurately diagnose the issue. Thank you for your kindness!

I can't say enough good things about the doctor or the office staff. I was in a lot of pain and they got me in quickly. I had two visits and both were completely pain free.

The staff, attendants, and Dr. Kumar were exceptional. They all were very friendly and professional. The procedure went very well and the day after there was minimal discomfort. I am just amazed that my root canal experience was so pleasant.

To be completely honest - I was terrified of the thought of having to get a root canal. I've never been a fan of the dentist so I procrastinated this. Today I finally sucked it up and went and got the root canal I needed and if I ever have to get one again I will return to central Ohio root canals. The doctor was patient and made sure that my comfort was 100% the priority. It was not half as bad as I was expecting and the atmosphere here was extremely helpful

Had a very good visit. Staff was nice and informative. The doctor was friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing a root canal.

Never had a root canal done before, went in very nervous but the entire staff was extremely friendly and the whole process was really fast and painless.

Dr. Kumar Subramanian did an excellent job--he went above and beyond my expectations. I am so grateful to him and his staff for helping me! I visited my normal dentist because of some tooth pain and was diagnosed with a necrotic infected tooth. It needed a root canal, but they don't do root canals. So they put me on antibiotics in the meantime and referred me to someplace local that could do the procedure. Next day I called the place they referred me to to schedule an appointment and they had nothing available for over 2 months. Fast forward a couple more days and the tooth infection has gotten so much worse--antibiotics aren't helping a bit. I was super sick from the infection and so so painful lying in bed just holding my head all day(couldn't eat, awful facial swelling, hard to talk). Went to the ER because it had gotten so bad, and was given a more powerful type of antibiotic. I finally called Dr Kumar Subramanian on emergency because I knew from a google search that he did root canals and--despite the fact he was out of state taking board exams and had never seen me before--he answered his phone. He had his office sent in a prescription for a different antibiotic and told me his clinic would call me first thing Monday morning to schedule a root canal sooner. Sure enough, they did! I was put at the top of the emergency wait list and that same week I was able to get the root canal done. He is a wonderfully nice man and very talented at what he does! I'd been in so much pain leading up to the root canal but for the procedure itself I felt nothing. Still have a few more appointments for getting permanent filling and crowning , but the root canal is done so it doesn't hurt anymore!

Wouldn't even run by the insurance company to check coverage. Simply said sorry we can't accept it even though they were listed as in network as of 2 days ago and I verified by calling my insurance company. Terrible customer service on the receptionists part.

I love the staff here! I have had multiple consults here and have had nothing but amazing service! Dr. Subramanian does what is best for the client. Each consult was quick and painless and they gave me a referral to a great regular dentist. I would recommend this office to everyone!
