The worst place, they refused to see my daughter and the nurse was rude and we had to leave after coming 500 miles to finish up treatment and then told to go find another doctor and they won't even give back any money and we paid for all of her braces up front. WHAT A JOKE!

We have been bringing our daughter Natalie here for almost a year and Dr Miller and her staff are so kind and gentle. Have been great for emergency fixes and appointments My husband and I are very pleased that we chose this office for our daughters. Needs. We have even recommended my Best friend to bring her daughter Madison here as well. Which she has already Thank you for all you do, We love you guys Nicole Drake and Natalie too

They promised they would fix the permanent retainer for life and now they want to charge me after three children received treatment. After your done with treatment they want to charge you for what was supposed to be covered.

We are just beginning the braces journey with our oldest son and are very happy with the service and staff at COO. From our consultation to our most recent visit, we have always had pleasant and caring staff - they are all very professional, yet ornery at times. My son had 3 consultations and Dr. Heiber and his staff at COO was his first choice. We live 45 minutes away, but the commute is worth it.
