Tried to schedule an appointment to get my procedure, but it was cancelled twice. Third time was a charm. Then never received a bill, but 5 months later threatened to take me to collections despite not receiving a bill. Blamed USPS and my dental insurance carrier for their ineptitude. Claimed they emailed and made phone calls which there were no records of. Then blamed myself for providing faulty information. After asking to provide documentation to back their claim they refused. Would not recommend this place unless you feel like getting scammed.

They were able to get me in within a day and was having complications (nothing to do with the procedure) the second day and was able to get me in within an hour. Ive only had one dentist in 21 years and I'm so happy I made the decision to come to Central Ohio Endodontics. Dr. Adam Hadsell and his staff made me feel comfortable and most of all they were there for me and listened. The assistants were amazing and so sweet. On the second visit in Westerville, Tammy was exceptional and saved the day with having specific tools on hand for my procedure. The first visit was in Worthington, (Im sorry I can't remember the assistants name) but she was just as sweet and amazing as well. I love the team work and dedication the staff have to help their patients. Dr. Adam Hadsell was a life saver and fit me in both times with no hesitations. He is phenomenal and did an amazing job! I hadn'd experience a tooth ache since I was a kid and as an adult the last week was the worse pain I had ever felt in my life and he was determined to not give up. My root canal was over 20 years old and done with material that hasn't been used in 20 years, he was successful with my retreat root canal (which I had never heard of before). I love the team work and appreciate the group shares. Highly recommend the central ohio team, especially Dr. Adam but I'm sure all the doctors are just as amazing.

The front staff is amazing. Always welcomes you like family. The assistant to the doctor make you feel comfortable. They doctor is always honest and willing to go above and beyond. I appreciate what they do and also, explain his work every step of the way. Thank you!!

I saw Dr. Menke and the experience was great. Everything was fully explained about the procedure, there was time for questions before and after, and the aftercare was fully explained as well. I also appreciated that he took the time to call the following day to check in on how things were going and to see if I had any new questions. Great patient care.

I was referred here from Lima Oh. From the very first call to the end of my visit I was totally pleased. They were able to schedule me in within the first day of my call. Upon arriving at the Dublin office I was greeted pleasantly by the staff. They talked to me as if they knew me. They all made my visit very comfortable as I'm a very nervous patient. Dr Smith was amazing. He explained my procedure and all possibilities that were to come with it. He talked to me periodically through the procedure to make sure I was ok. Everything went smoothe. Dr Smith called me the next morning to make sure I was ok and to make sure I wasn't in any pain. I would definitely recommend them for any of your endodontic needs

THE GOAT ... Dr Steve Smith is a superior root canal savant. My last one in Upper Arlington was medieval. Not this one... it was like the best with being told steps along way. After 20 painfree minute procedure, I made my tee time shooting 46. Didn't even need pain meds due to his skills. THANKS A BUNCH

Scheduling was easy and reminders timely. Having had a less-than-perfect previous Endodontics experience, I was tentative about the first appointment with Dr Smith. His staff immediately put me at ease. Dr Smith has a great chair side manner, very thorough with his exam and explanation of expectations. The actual procedure was painless and shorter than I had imagined. I highly recommend Dr Smith!

I cannot say enough nice things about Central Ohio Endodontics and Dr. Smith. The entire staff and Dr. Smith himself went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable throughout both of my root canals and explained what was happening every step of the way. Dr. Smith was extremely patient and thorough in explaining what was happening with my teeth and presenting all of my options. I really appreciated him making me feel comfortable to ask questions and taking time to make sure I understood. Thanks so much!

Could not be happier with the services provided at Central Ohio Endodontics and Dr. Whitcomb. Had a duel root canal redo from the 70s and apicoectomy follow-up surgery and all went like clock work. Went to my regular dentist on a Thursday morning and was referred to COE. Receptionist called and they got me in with Dr Whitaker that same afternoon for a root canal!!! In and out in about an hour. Painless root canal done! Thank Dr. Whitaker and staff so much for everything. Highly recommend!

I can't say enough wonderful things about Dr whicomb abs his staff. I get really bad anxiety and had just lost my dad and was now dealing with toothpain. Dr whicomb you and your staff took care of me in such a way that I will never go anywhere else. THANK YOU.

Dr. James Poulos did a really thorough job explaining why I did not need a root canal. His explanation helped me to find the underlying cause of a bigger problem. I would recommend this doctor to all my friends.

Had a root canal therapy done here yesterday super fast above and beyond care while there felt very comfortable. My Dr even just called me himself to check on me! NEVER had such great care until this place. Thank You Dr. Menke for the great care and for taking time out of your day to call me yourself and check up on me. I have absolutely no pain after and that's without any pain medicine! Very thankful for you all.

Dr. Webster and the staff were excellent. I was extremely nervous about having a root canal. They put me at ease and made sure I was pain-free through the entire procedure. My appt was at 1:30 and I was done and on my way home by 3! I would highly recommend central Ohio endodontics and especially Dr. Webster!

After receiving a very expensive quote from another office, I decided to visit Central Ohio Endodontics. I MADE THE RIGHT CHOICE! 1. Prices were extremely affordable & scheduling was quick and convenient. 2. Every single member of the staff did an incredible job making me feel welcomed and valued. Dr. Ryan Pasiewicz was phenomenal! He sang along with the music during my surgery, continuously checked my pain level (which was a 0 for the duration of the operation), and even called me the day after my procedure to check in. I can't begin to express how thankful I am for this team of wonderful people! I will definitely be returning, should I ever need another dental surgery. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Everyone was very friendly and helpful with any questions I had. Dr Arens did a great job with my root canal. I was comfortable during the procedure and even took a brief cat nap. He and his assistants worked like a well oiled machine and the apprehension I had before evaporated once I was there. Dr Arens called the next morning to be sure I was doing well. I would highly recommend Dr Arens and will use him again if I need another root canal.

Dr.Smith completed a root canal on me yesterday. He and his staff are amazing! He made sure I was completely comfortable at all times and explained things to me as he went along so I was not startled by anything I may experience. He thoroughly went over my aftercare instructions and medications and took the time to sit and answer any questions I had. Should I ever need endodontics again, I wouldn't even consider going to anyone else.
