Forget your fear of dentist office. Dr Wynn & his entire are beyond amazing. I was petrified of dentist. As soon as I would open the door pure panic & anxiety set in. But this Dentist & his Staff changed that for me. Your comfort & fear is taken care of there. I was so impressed. Lori a dental assistant, well... she's an Angel person. Her soft personality & caring touch. Reassuring you that you know everything that is going on. Dr. Wynn will constantly inform you of the next move & ask if your doing ok. I'm just sad it took me so long to find this amazing office. His front office staff, soft spoken & very polite. Just way past any dental appointment I've ever been too The office runs like a well oiled machine with kindness & caring as soon as you open the door Blessings to the entire staff

Suffering from major dental procedure anxiety, and visiting about 4 other offices, central ohio dental spa are more than understanding and take the precautions to make you comfortable. Hands down the most comfortable dental vist I've had.. 5 stars!

Everyone at Central Ohio Dental Spa is so friendly and professional. The entire office is clean and comfortable. They do not push any unnecessary procedures and take great care of you. My favorite dentist of the three that I've had in central Ohio in the past 20 years.

I thought about a two because I have been a patient for at least 10-15 years, but after all of the complications and lack of compassion that I experienced lately, I went with a one. If you need a cleaning, great! If you need something bigger, I would go elsewhere. One of the staff members put a temporary crown on and I was in great jaw pain due to the height of the crown. After an adjustment (the dentist had seen the crown 2 times now), I was still in pain more in my gums and tooth area. I was given an antibiotic and told to call after 3 days and I would need a root canal if I was still in pain. When, I called back, they were out of office for a week (no one told me about their week off). I had to pay for an emergency visit at another local practice and was informed that my temporary crown had been made incorrectly (outside of margins and barely cemented on) and it was digging into my gums. They also said if I needed a root canal, I would need and endodontist and not to do it in the office, like the Dental Spa was planning to do. In the end, Dr. Nguyen was not very receptive to hearing what the other dentist told me and the fact that I had been in senseless pain for 2.5 weeks. I was not compensated when I had additional costs, missed work, and I ended up needed hydrocodone pain pills. BUT, I ALMOST HAD A ROOT CANAL FOR NO REASON, THANK GOODNESS FOR THE OUT OF OFFICE MISHAP!

I have been absolutely satisfied with every element of care from Dr. Nguyen and his staff. They are truly amazing! This Dentist is reasonable in price and outstanding in service and quality of work done. The staff are very friendly and proficient in what they do. I had an emergency and was able to reach Dr. Nguyen at home late one evening and he worked me into his schedule the next morning to get me fixed up. That is service! I highly recommend this office as an affordable and high quality solution where you will get outstanding customer service!

I am a new patient and went in for cleaning and exam, had Suzie as my hygienist she was great! I have such a dental phobia but she made me feel like I knew her and put me at ease.

I like this dentist. I get in and get out. I don't have to wait. I have never had any issues. Very friendly staff and they always make me feel comfortable with the least amount of discomfort. I highly recommend.

Dr. Nguyen and staff are at the top of their game. They are professional, kind and courteous. They take time to listen. You never feel rushed. I drive from Columbus to Newark, after the Columbus office closed, and it is worth the trip. I never feel like they are trying to push treatments that are not necessary. I tried going elsewhere after the move and every dental appointment (I will not name this office) they found a new procedure that they wanted me to have. After this happened more than once, I decided to go for a second opinion as I was not having any dental issues. As I expected the procedure was not necessary. I returned to Dr. Nguyen and plan to keep up with the drive. Central Ohio is very fortunate to have Dr. Nguyen and his lovely staff. Thank you for your personalized and professional care.

Dr. Nguyen is the best! Staff is always kind, courteous and very knowledgeable. I've been a patient for many years and can't say enough great things about Lori and her compassionate care which significantly reduces my anxiety! The hygienists take their time with you and I feel I get top notch care at every visit.

Best dentist EVER!! We love all the staff and our dentist is so nice, caring and gentle while working on you. Their prices on things are so much cheaper than other dentist offices we have been too, and they have a very nice office. Last week my husband had a tooth ache on a Thursday evening, and we knew the office was closed on Friday and Monday for the holiday so we called his cell phone, he asked my husband to text him pictures of the spot that was in pain, he then verified that my husband had an infection in his gums, called in a prescription to our pharmacy and we picked it up 20 minutes later. We will never change our dentist!!
