Dr. Mike Steil graduated from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry in 1996. He then worked for the US Public Health Service. Dr. Steil returned to the University of Minnesota and began his pediatric dental residency; he completed his specialty training in 2001.
Dr. Steil is Board Certified by the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. He is also a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, American Dental Association, Minnesota Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, Minnesota Dental Association, and the West Central District of the Minnesota Dental Association. In addition, Dr. Steil is the past President of the Minnesota Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and the West Central District Dental Society. Dr. Steil is on staff at the CentraCare Surgery Center as well as the St. Cloud Hospital and the St. Cloud Surgical Center.

Dr. Andre Dubois graduated from Laval University Department of Dental Medicine in 2007. After graduation, she continued her studies at the University of Rochester as a resident in the Advanced Education in General Dentistry program. She completed her specialty training and Master's degree in pediatric dentistry in 2011 at the University of Montreal. Dr. Dubois is Board Certified by the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. Dr. Dubois is a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and Minnesota Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. Dr. Dubois is on staff at the CentraCare Surgery Center as well as the St. Cloud Hospital and the St. Cloud Surgical Center.

The staff are wonderful to work with, including Gregg Larson who is amazing with my children. Every time we have a visit with Gregg, my kids show excitement because they know they are getting the BEST care, and new toothbrush and stickers :)

They were SOO NICE AND FRIENDLY!!! And DR. GREGG WAS AMAZINGLY FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE! I will DEFINITELY be bringing my child back there for her first dental visit

They do not care about your children, they care about what the can bill to insurance, they also discriminate in their scheduling, if you WERE EVER covered under MN care they won't even TAKE OUT POCKET PAYMENT but they will take out of pocket for anyone who's never had insurance - Economic discrimination

We were welcomed the moment we came through the door. I (as mom) was able to do most of the paperwork online before we even arrived which made check-in super quick and easy. Our wait time was very minimal. We even showed up 15 minutes early thinking paperwork or scanning insurance would take forever, but it didn't. The hygienist walked me through the process as much as they did my kids. They were all friendly, not a sour face or attitude in the entire building. The cleaning, exam and x-rays all went very quick, all done in about 15-20 minutes tops. The Dentist was also super nice and positive. I love this place. I give it high praise.

Came to the Sartell office expecting them to be the normal intimidating dentists towards my kids. However Dr. Mike and co were extremely compassionate and helpful towards my kids. We left with teeth feeling better and happy children.

I adore the staff at the Big Lake location. My son had his first visit this morning and he's naturally the nervous type with new experiences and we had a lot of tears before going in. The hygienist had the whole experience turned around in minutes. He was giggling and playing with her, showing her his clean shiny teeth, and enjoying his experience in no time. She used kid friendly language and explanations to tell him what she was doing and how his teeth looked. She even got him to take X-rays with no issue. Everyone was very understanding of the nerves and worked so well with him. Highly recommend.

It's heartbreaking that places like this promote themselves a place for kids when they have no clue how to work with kids, specially kids with disabilities. To the dental assistant that kept repeating that she has work over 20 years with kids with autism, you clearly don't have a clue on what autism is and how to treat patients with this disability. It's clear that stuff needs to educated themselves on how to implement kid friendly methods to better serve kids.Instead on holding down kids or strap them down making their fear for the dentist even worse. FYI dental assistant lady, kids with autism don't forget and are not fine in 6 months.

my son hates dentists and doctors. These guys made him feel comfortable and welcome. Still doesn't like the idea of a dentist but will at least go back now when needed. Thank you Central MN pediatrics!!!

Dr. Gregg sees my son and he is has been an amazing dentist to work with! My son has autism so the dentist is a tough place for him to go but Dr. Gregg and his staff have always been patient, kind and understanding during our visits. I highly recommend Dr. Gregg for any pediactric dentistry needs!
