Sadly we are no longer able to make appointments. I missed one appointment because I forgot and had yo reschedule. Ihen my kids became ill and had to cancel last minute. I tried calling the night before but they were closed and you cannot leave a mesage. So if your kids get sick last minute you may need to bring them in or else they will drop you as clients. My kids were running fevers and throwing up, but I should have brought them in. I also was sick, but this does not matter. I'm aware this is some written policy, but its hard when your kids get sick since you can't plan for it. Very nice place. My ten year old daughter loved it and it actually looking forward to going to the dentist's office.

I would send people here all the time. Dentists are nice and good with kids so are the dental assistants and hygienist. However, I will no longer recommend. Apparently if you don't make an appointment within a 12 month calender period they close your file and you are no longer welcome back. EVER. So make sure you do not miss your 12 month mark or they will fire your child (ren).

I left with a great first impression, my toddler reported that his visit was a good time. The hygienist and dentist were patient and made him feel comfortable.

My daughter who is 6 and son who is 4 have a great experience at this dentist.they are quick and efficient when they have to fill cavities and are great with kids!!

We had a very poor experience with this dental office and I would not reccomend it to others.

My 3 kids started coming here instead of the St. Cloud location. We've had phenomenal service and I cannot complain about any of the services we received here. The building is small but we'll spaced and maintained. It's never been very busy which is nice. The chairs in the waiting room are horrendously uncomfortable.

The dentist my child was going to left to another facility. They mailed me a letter stating they apologized for the inconvenience but they were no longer able to see my child as the other dentists were booked and I would have to take my child elsewhere. I have never experienced such an unprofessional letter.

They were so patient and accommodated to what would make my daughter more comfortable. My daughter now asks when she gets to go to the dentist every time we drive by!
