Dr. Wurm and Sara performed my root canal this morning. I was extremely anxious about the procedure and they both did a great job of explaining what was going to happen. Dental work is not pleasant, but they did a fantastic job of putting me at ease and doing the procedure quickly. I would highly recommend Dr. Wurm and the staff!

I needed to have a root canal done. First of all, I was so appreciative that they fit me in quickly as I was having some extreme nerve pain. I really didn't know what to expect and was quite anxious - as root canals have a bad reputation. Dr Wurm and her assistant Sarah were amazing. They were calming, very professional and I honestly didn't feel a thing and the procedure was done. I highly recommend this clinic. Everyone here was great from the receptionist to the clinic staff. A huge thank you to all of you.

Don't go to this one if you have a reliable opinion. Very bad experience. Self-paid for an incomplete procedure initiated by an irresponsible doctor (Dr. Wurm) without a notice before the treatment. If a doctor is responsible, she should have informed me before the treatment the possibility that she might not be able to complete the root canal procedure after seeing the X-ray of my tooth and should have informed me that, as a result, I would need to self-pay for all the amount due to the incomplete procedure, which is not covered by the insurance company. I want to clarify that even I signed the informed consent for endodontic (asked by the front desk), the document doesn't mention anything regarding the "incomplete" procedure, and it doesn't indicate that I agreed to pay for an incomplete procedure and for the incompetency of an irresponsible doctor failing complete the procedure without informing me this risk and the risk of self-pay for that before the treatment. If I was given this information, I would definitely choose not to start the treatment, during which my permanent filling materials was replaced by the temporary filling materials, putting my tooth at risk without solving the issue at all and charging me more than $400. Besides, even if the clinic charged for an examination fee, which is covered by my dental insurance, I shouldn't have paid anything at all, let alone they asked me to self-pay for all of that.

Their website suggests Unparalleled Care - and it's the truth! This is how every medical clinic should be run. I felt listened to, cared about, and most importantly that I was in highly-skilled hands. Had my first-ever root canal with Dr. Joe. He was fabulous, informative and the procedure was completely painless.

Saw Dr. Wurm yesterday, she's great. Very attentive to my comfort and made sure I didn't feel anything during the procedure. Great methods for testing sensitivity without causing unnecessary pain. Last night I ate without pain for the first time in months. Today I have only mild tenderness from the procedure but nothing that hinders my eating or daily activity. If I ever have to get another root canal, I don't care what state I'm in at the time I will come back to this office.

I had a root canal today, I was very anxious about going to the dentist like I always have been for the 19 years of my life. My procedure was done by Dr. Joe in a very professional manner and catered to my anxiety of getting dental work done. He walked me through every step with no surprises. I was pleasantly surprised by how painless the whole procedure was. Would recommend for root canals.

I had a root canal done by Dr. Wurm last week and I cannot express how amazing she was and how painless the procedure was. She was fantastic about my dental anxiety and has a very kind motherly approach. She has a calmness about her and knows how to ease your fears. She was great at explaining things and answering all my questions. Within minutes she was able to build the rapport that you need from a doctor, in order to confidently trust them. I will only be going to her for these issues going forward. P.S. Her assistant was great too! P.S.S. First full day in 4 months without needing to take ibprofen!

Dental root canal done here and was impressed! Great COVID-19 measures in place, safest place since the beginning. Hopefully not but if ever need to I will be back here! Get in ASAP for a successful crown.

Dr. Droll took a lot of care to make sure I was as comfortable as possible and totally pain-free during my root canal. Highly recommend for anyone who needs to get this procedure done.

The people at CME surpassed my expectations of professionalism from my entry and throughout my entire time in the office. The entire staff is very personable and made the absolute best of a terrible situation. I would never hope for another root canal, but if I should ever be in need again, I have complete confidence in Dr. JT Crepps to make the procedure as relaxed as possible, as well as, expect professional results. He even followed up with a phone call later in the evening and the next day to check on how I was doing. I was very impressed. Thanks a lot to CME Dr. Crepps for all they did for me!

I was so worked up and nervous about my root canal, but it was all for nothing. There was no pain whatsoever, Dr. Crepps was fantastic. Would highly recommend them!!
