I have visited many dentists in 65 years. I can honestly say that CMOS in Gardner has a physical design and necessary professionals that are 2nd to none. A pain-free positive, efficient experience.

They are very good at getting you fixed up. The office staff works very well with each other. Busy place, Yes but efficient at the same time. Dr's take the time to explain and listen to concerns and talk you through it.

Everyone was great! Very friendly and funny! Which made the visit easier. I was probably there 20 minutes all together from check in to check out! One thing I was quite uncomfortable with was them taking my picture after I gave the check-in associate my picture I.D ? When I questioned it, the check-in associate did not give an answer. I give 5 stars to the Doctor and the assistants that helped me that day, they were wonderful!!

Great experience! I had a wisdom tooth removed. The staff was very friendly from check in to check out. The procedure was super fast. I honestly did not have time to wrap my head around what was happening. Within minutes it was over without any pain. The attending staff (sorry forgot her name) was excellent. She kept me relaxed and made sure I was ok after the procedure. She explained very well what I needed to do and what to expect in the following days. I would highly recommend CMOS and Dr. Colarusso.

The whole staff was very kind and efficient, was in and out much quicker than I expected and they followed up with me to see how I was recovering.

I came here to get 4 wisdom teeth removed and the provider and his assistants were very nice and helpful beside the fact that they don't care if you're scared or anxious. I also wanted to mention there was a lady receptionist and she was extremely passive aggressively rude to us since the moment she realized we were foreign as me and my mother spoke in different language. I don't recommend if you don't have thick skin to deal with people that are insensitive and discriminating.

Can't say enough about my recent experience at Gardner CMOS. I needed to go to my post-op visit and found myself in a difficult situation. Dr Baran and his staff accommodated me and gave me the care I needed. Dr Baran is a true professional who puts his patients needs over his own. So very grateful he is my oral surgeon.

My visit to CMOS was very pleasant. The staff is kind and professional and the appointment on time. I was impressed with Dr. Kobakov and the attending staff. I highly recommend them.

I wouldn't give this practice any stars to be honest with you. I was appalled with the treatment and care received from the moment I stepped in to this facility. The receptionists were extremely rude (in person and telecommunications), and the provider I saw lacked any and all empathy. I lost hope after my consultation in this office and left feeling disappointed and deflated. You are dollar sign, not a patient to this practice. I have decided to seek treatment elsewhere and strongly advise others to do the same. It is my hope that this review will save you both your time and your money.

The staff is not what they used to be. I recently accompanied a friend to a consultation. As a medical professional I was disgusted at the level of patient care they failed to provide. The receptionists were extremely rude to the point I felt uncomfortable sitting in that office. I will no longer take my family to this practice, nor will I refer anyone. What a shame.

Dr. Calarruso was very rude while entering the room .Almost $500 hundred dollars for X-rays even though I had insurance and just to talk to him for 10 minutes. I do not recommend and never going back .

Amazing staff and atmosphere. I had to recently get my wisdom teeth examined, I tried to avoid wisdom teeth surgery for a year since I was so scared. Even though I haven't even went through the surgery yet, I can just tell it's going to be smooth and easy, in fact, I'm honestly a little excited. Going here just completely killed my anxiety, I have never got this feeling from any other surgery/doctor/dentist place. The staff is so likeable, friendly and professional, they explained the process of the surgery to me in a serious professional manner while also making jokes here and there to comfort me. Very knowledgeable too, they will answer any concerns you have. I hope their staff sticks together for a very long time because it really is great. I would recommend this place to everyone, especially if you're an anxious person since they do a great job of making sure you're ready and comfortable.

It's pretty bad that she is the first interaction that a patient has when entering the office. We will go to Leominster CMOS next time, just to not have to deal with her. What a miserable person.

Had a tooth extracted by Dr. Kobakov. He was incredible. I had such anxiety about having it done. He assured me it would be painless and it was. He explained everything, was gentle and procedure was fairly quick. Rylee his assistant was awesome as well. Would definitely recommend him and his team! Thank you.

I had a tooth extracted and was awake for this procedure. In a matter of minutes, the tooth was out (I didn't even know it was out!). Dr. Baran and his assistant, Lauren, were very professional and put me at ease. They explain everything to you and they tell you to call if you have any questions. I would highly recommend going to Central Massachusetts Oral Surgery in Gardner, MA.

These people helped me out a lot today and I'm very thankful. I came in with a very painful problem and Dr. Colarusso took care of it quick and easy. He is an excellent oral surgeon backed by excellent nurses. The ladies at the front desk are very friendly. I would recommend this practice to anyone in Massachusetts
