I was having difficulty biting a sandwich or a hamburger, because my teeth were worn. I had heard about Dr. Williams and the veneers that he had done for folks and I had seen the results. People told me that I would love doctor Williams, that he never causes pain, so I wasnt apprehensive. My experience with both the doctor and his staff was wonderful. I like that when you walk into his office you feel very comfortable and at home. It doesnt feel at all like you are walking into a dental office. Not at all! I love my teeth I get lots of compliments.

I have had work done since I was really young. I had braces for six years, then gum surgery and then, in high school, I had veneers.I trust Dr. Williams and his staff. I have never had any pain in the chair never. I was never satisfied with my smile; I knew that it could look better and that they could make it better. Now I love my smile and I get compliments on it all the time. I love that my teeth look so natural, that people never ask where I got my veneers done. Instead, people just tell me my smile is gorgeous. Since I have had so much work done, the staff has become sort of like a family and Dr. Williams is like a father. Wait, thats right, he is my father!

I needed dental work done I had partials that were hooked on other teeth that were going bad and my dentist was retiring. When I heard about Dr. Williams, I decided to come here. I had implants and some crowns. I was nervous but they give you these little pills that help you relax. I felt fine, even though it was a very long procedure (in fact, Dr. Williams said it was the most teeth he had ever done in one sitting) but I was never uncomfortable. The staff and Dr. Williams couldnt be nicer. I am so happy with the results and with my care that I would recommend them and I have!

I have been a patient of Dr. Williams for a while! We used to go to Salina but when Dr. Williams opened up here, we went to him right away. He was so convenient to us and we heard great reports about him. I had quite a lot of work done and all the while, I was really comfortable. I just put myself in their hands; just trusted them to get my work done. I dont remember ever hurting. The doctor and his staff are absolutely awesome helpful, polite caring they are OK!

I saw Dr. Williams website I had lost some teeth during chemo treatments and was feeling self-conscious about my smile. Dr. Williams made payment really easy and I knew was going to get a great smile afterwards so choosing him to do my work was easy. I was never really apprehensive about my choice. I felt confident about everything I had read on the website and once I met the staff I knew they were great. Now I have my smile back and more confidence in myself.

My teeth were very bad, so when a friend recommended Dr. Williams I was relieved to find someone I could trust. I had implants and some teeth fixed on top. Sure, I was nervous but that went away very quickly I didnt have one problem. Everyone was so friendly they are good people. And they are friendly all the time, not just one time! I was treated very well and they did a great job. I was really amazed. Now I am very happy with my smile.

My teeth were ok but I didnt love them. When I heard an ad on the radio for Central Kansas Dentistry, I decided to give them a try. I went to the office with an idea that I wanted veneers and once they talked to me about it and explained the process, I decided to go ahead and do it right away! The procedure was very comfortable. Now I feel more confident and I smile a lot more. The staff and Dr. Williams are so nice. I would absolutely recommend this practice to anyone.

My nephews girlfriend worked with Dr. Williams and she talked me into seeing him. My teeth were worn out and were getting where they hurt more and more. I actually hadnt been to a dentist since I was 18 and I chewed tobacco. When I had a heat stroke, I quit chewing and decided it was time to have something done for my smile so I could eat for the rest of my life. Dr. Williams put caps over my worn out teeth and replaced all my worn-out fillings. I was very apprehensive but he has a wonderful staff. They make you feel warm the minute you walk into the office. Everyone cares and they made me feel comfortable. The procedure was painless painless! Dr. Williams is a great guy and does wonderful work. I would recommend him to anybody!

Raised in Salina, Kansas, Dr. Kurt A. Williams attended the University of Nebraska-College of Dentistry, where he earned the class award for Excellence in Operative Dentistry. Dr. Williams moved back to his roots to begin practice in Ellsworth in 1990. Since the day he started practicing dentistry, he has felt a strong calling to bring the very best that dentistry has to offer to rural Kansas.

Not many people know this about me, but my grandmother was raised in Ellsworth and my grandfather was raised in Dorrance. When I was a child, I spent quite a bit of time with my grandparents. My grandfather was a dentist in Salina. He went to Dental School right after World War I. After Dental School, he moved to Salina. But, once a week, he would travel from Salina to Dorrance and provide dental treatment in the back room of his fathers general store. That is simply amazing-that road trip had to be a long one in those days. I wanted to bring that devotion to my practice. After all these years, I absolutely love where I live and I love the people I serve. I work hard to make sure that shows through each and every day.

To stay current with the latest trends, Dr. Williams and his entire staff routinely attend the most up-to-date continuing education each and every year. What really endears Dr. Williams to his patients, however, is not all of the techniques that he has learned; it is his extremely gentle touch!

Stacy grew up in Osborne and then moved to Salina for her high school years. She attended Kansas State University and then received her Hygiene Degree from Wichita State University. Stacy joins Central Kansas Dentistry with loads of experience-first practicing in Texas and then, Colorado. She moved back to Kansas to be closer to family and we are happy she did! It has been fun returning home to Kansas and getting to know the patients here at CKD. I have enjoyed hearing stories from patients who knew my parents in their younger years. I am incredibly blessed to work with such a talented Doctor and team. In my 35 years in dentistry, I dont believe I have ever worked with a more talented group. We strive to treat every patient that walks through the door with the utmost respect. CKD tailors a personalized plan that fits each patients wants and needs-I love that! Stacy and her husband, Gerry, make their home in western Ellsworth County. They have two grown children and two grandchildren. In her free time, Stacy loves taking care of and riding her two horses, traveling, hiking, and dogs.

With advanced, postgraduate training and a certification from the National Dental Assisting Board, Carmon has worked with Dr. Williams for over 30 years! She is cross-trained for dental assisting and front office work, which makes her indispensable in every way. Working here is not just a job for me. I truly love what I do, says Carmon. I think the art of being nice is almost lost in todays world. But I feel that our office makes people feel that we care. We always strive to be nice and compassionate with every patient. Getting to know people as friends not just patients can also help people feel comfortable about seeing the dentist again. Helping people feel like smiling again is a wonderful thing!

In her free time, Carmon loves spending time with family. Carmon and her husband, Clayton, have two grown sons (one of which is married) and one grandson. Carmon also loves to read and to help kids with youth activities at her church.

Mychel received her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Kansas State University and her Hygiene from Wichita State University. Besides being one of our two awesome hygienists, she also wears a couple of other hats for CKD. When Mychel isnt working as a hygienist, she can be found helping out in the front office and sometimes chairside with Dr. Williams. I love educating patients and answering any questions they have, says Mychel. Getting to know our patients as people rather than just a mouth is really important. We truly care about each person that comes through our door. It is amazing to see a patient gain back their full confidence and smile after the completion of their dental work. Its priceless!

Mychel lives with her husband, Adam, and three growing children-Mykenna, Lakyn, and Case-in rural Ellsworth. In her free time, she loves to travel, cook, read, work outside in the yard, take the kids on walk adventures and spend time with family and friends.

Shaun is our Treatment Coordinator. She received her P.H.T. (Putting Hubby Through) in 1990! When you call Central Kansas Dentistry, odds are that you will speak with Shaun. Shaun has an amazing way of making you feel like a million bucks-you can almost see her smiling on the phone. And that isnt a show. When you walk through the door, Shaun will make you feel right at home! If Shaun cant answer something for you, she will make sure to connect you to the right person on the team that can. For many years, I have heard so many wonderful stories about the amazing changes so many patients made for themselves. Now, working in the office, I get to see them. We literally have a celebration when a patient finishes their smile and I love that! As the first person to speak with many of our new patients, I get to see the personality changes that happen. So many times, a patient is a bit shy when they first come in. Then, when they complete their smile, there is no shyness, anymore! Its awesome to be a part of that.

Shaun and her husbandDr. Williamshave been married for over 38 years. They have four grown children and seven grandchildren (so far). In her free time, Shaun loves to spend time with family, traveling, riding the motorcycle with her husband, and cooking.
