Dr. Paterson really made my wisdom teeth removal much more enjoyable. The staff between all locations go the extra mile to assist patients. Post op has been extremely tough with bone spurs, but they've been able to help me and have assured I'm always welcome for post op procedures. I'm extremely happy my dentist made a referral for this firm.

If I could I would give this office 10 stars I would. I recently had a dental implant done by Dr. Shah, he is the best. Very comforting and caring. Little discomfort with no pain or swelling following the procedure. This is the first time that a Doctor himself called later in the day to see how I was doing, I was very impressed. I also have to give Angela praise. She was amazing, also very caring and comforting. If anyone is looking for an Oral Surgeon, don't look any further than Dr. Shah.

I had gone there with a toothache Dr. Shah was amazing he found cysts in my jaw by my teeth he did the surgery in a hospital no after effects actually no pain in my jaw is back to normal I'd recommend Dr. ShahAnd his staff to anyone very much confidence in them this place is good

I cannot speak of my experience with any of the practice's doctors but the office staff are in need of improved training and professionalism. I called in December to book a consultation per my dentist after experiencing pain in my jaw that requires a tooth to be pulled. The first thing I asked was about insurance; specifically if the office took my insurance. I read my information over the phone to the receptionist, who confirmed that they took my insurance. I booked an appointment for January 17th, 2022 which was the earliest appointment. I completed the online registration and was called five-six hours before my appointment to be told that they didn't accept my insurance! The person who called me sounded like a robot without much care and proceeded to tell me that I can call my insurance to find out what other Dr's participate in my plan. Umm, gee... thanks, I would have never thought to think of this, really!?! imagine yourself in my shoes: Living with pain and after waiting a month, being told hours before that the office doesn't accept your insurance after you asked this a month ago. Why doesn't the office take this information at time of booking the appointment and verify this in advance?

Dr. Shah is exceptional. Look no further. I had an implant done painlessly and with zero swelling. Same for an extraction a month later. Granted, the office isn't particularly inviting, but the results with Dr. Shah are outstanding.

Got my wisdom teeth done recently. Dr Shah is wonderful. Very patient, understanding, knowledgeable, professional. I would recommend him and go back to him again in a heart beat. The office staff is very unfriendly though. Especially his nurses. Ruined the experience for me unfortunately.

This place is awesome! I had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. McElroy. He's a very nice, open, friendly guy. It's been a month since the surgery and I'm very happy with how it came out. This place is perfect for anyone who's just like me and needs their wisdom teeth removed.

Got my wisdom teeth done recently. Dr Shah is wonderful. Very patient, understanding, knowledgeable, professional. I would recommend him and go back to him again in a heart beat. The office staff is very unfriendly though. Especially his nurses. Ruined the experience for me unfortunately.

I needed my tooth to be extracted and I called many offices in Monmouth county and even Brooklyn and couldn't get an appointment for a consultation on the emergency bases. When I called this office a receptionist was very understanding and I was not only seen by doctor Paterson, who was very friendly and professional, but also had a surgery done right away. Thank you, doctor and you your accommodating staff!

This place is awesome! I had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. McElroy. He's a very nice, open, friendly guy. It's been a month since the surgery and I'm very happy with how it came out. This place is perfect for anyone who's just like me and needs their wisdom teeth removed.

Dr. Paterson performed my wisdom teeth surgery. I was extremely scared of this surgery but him and his staff helped me feel comfortable and get through it. He was also understanding of my situation and why I was scared and never made me feel judged. The recovery process for me has been smooth and quick. Thank you to all the staff working so hard during these times to make sure their patients are healthy and risking their own health for others. You were all so kind and wonderful to me.

they are shady and they DO NOT communicate properly and be prepared to get misinformed and have to pay you of pocket for consult fees that you are not notified of!
