This office is filled with friendly and caring professionals that helped make a stressful tooth extraction a much better experience. Doctor Paterson is amazing, so friendly and an absolute expert in providing the best care. Perfect 5 star review from me!

The worst costumers services ever they always say they will call you back but they don't. I ask to speak to the manager because they aren't speaking to me how they are suppose I just wanted to make a appointment since I have a referral from my dentist that is next door I was there before and they need to have a consultation when the doctor already check me they are really nasty they are really rude when they speak to you the only wants who was really nice was the doctor and his assistant who did my panorex I will say they need to work on the People who work in the front dest they need to treat people better so they can feel confortable going there I'm not even expecting a call back from them anymore but at least apologize will be nice I don't recommend this place.don't go there.

Because of what over time became an extreme fear of dental visits of any kind, I had been putting off having two problem teeth removed for years. After finally visiting a dentist for a teeth cleaning, they recommended I visit Central Jersey Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. With much apprehension I quickly made an appointment for a consultation before I lost my nerve, and was seen immediately. The office staff is friendly and helpful, and also making sure to keep everyone as safe as possible during these times of covid. They are helpful, too, with their interaction with your insurance, which is another huge load off our minds. I was beyond fortunate to be seen by Dr Brian Paterson. He immediately put me at ease with his demeanor. He answered any and all questions, and I never felt rushed during my visit. Nor did I ever feel pushed into a procedure I wasn't ready for. I even went back and forth in my own mind, as well as in conversation with him, about just removing one of the two teeth. He said he'll do whatever I'm comfortable with, but also took the time to explain I may just be putting off the inevitable, and then having to go through the same process with the other tooth some time down the road instead of just in one procedure. A day later I very nervously went in for the surgery and Dr Paterson really made me feel everything would be ok. And it was. It was actually better than ok. I had both teeth removed while under twilight within what felt like seconds. I experienced zero pain immediately following and even now days later. I haven't needed to take any over the counter pain meds or even the prescription for something stronger. Dr Paterson is a gift. He even called later in the day of my surgery to make sure I was doing ok. I would highly recommend this office, and especially Dr Paterson, to anyone with even the slightest apprehension. My only regret is not going sooner.

I'm going to preface this by saying I'm terrified of ANY dental work even getting my teeth cleaned is not my favorite. So when my dentist told me I needed my top wisdom teeth out I was beside myself . 30 years ago I had such a bad experience with my bottom ones . I went to my initial consultation in the Old Bridge office with Dr. McElroy and scheduled the extraction in the Freehold office . I work in the operating room and I know too much lol . I was nervous about everything especially the sedation. Can I just say what a good experience it was ! The minute I got to the office I felt more calm and at ease . The staff couldn't have been nicer and more efficient . Dr. McElroy is no nonsense and amazing . He nailed the sedation ! At one point I was aware but no pain . I woke up coherent and was on my way . Yes I had pain the first day but you get what you need to help with that . Woke up the next day feeling significantly better . I can't recommend this practice enough !!!!!! Thank you to the Dr. and staff for making my experience as pleasant as it can be .

I went here for a serious tooth ache due to a cracked crown. Brian Paterson was awesome, very caring and thorough. I would highly recommend them. The entire staff was very caring and helpful. Thank you. Ray

Dr. Gelband and his assistant Brittany were truly amazing. Even his front office staff were very kind and quick due to my pain. I needed an emergent wisdom tooth extraction from an infection that formed overnight. I was in excruciating pain and discomfort and they both were beyond accommodating and comforting. Thank you both so much for your kindness and care! I would recommend them 12/10 to anyone I know.
