I went to Central Iowa Orthodontics on several occasions before I moved out of Iowa. I was very impressed by their patience, professionalism, and their ability to explain the procedure and costs. I would highly recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

Very Disappointed !! I was referred to them by my daughters dentist. When i called a month or two ago, they had a wait list for this location only all others were closed from what i was told. I gave her information and was told that she would be put on the wait list. Today i called to see what the status was and was told that they could not even find her on the list. And that they had stopped the wait list 4 or 5 months ago, the wait list was for all locations in which was not what i was originally told and that there is only one dentist taking state insurance. And was also told they are not just getting to the people on the list from September of 2019!! we have been waiting for this VERY important appointment just to find out we were waiting all this time for nothing., We are on a time limit for the procedure she needs and now i have to figure something else out.!

We are huge Dr. Wenger fans at the Haug household. He is extremely professional, relatable, and kind. He does such a great job at communicating with the kids. He keeps me well informed on their progress. He is very honest about the individual need for ortho. He didn't put braces on one of my kids because it wasn't going to be necessary. I like being able to trust his professional opinion, and I am confident that it is in the best interest of the patient. I can go on and on. -mom of 4

Great experience at CIO! The entire staff has been great to work with and they do an excellent job explaining everything to my son who always has a little anxiety with new procedures.
