Dr. Daniel Gomes is originally from Caracas, Venezuela. He received his D.D.S. from Central University of Venezuela in 1991 and practiced as a General Dentist for 5 years before joining the Oral Biology PhD program at Indiana University. He received his D.D.S. and Master in Periodontics from Indiana University School of Dentistry in 2004.
Dr. Gomes has served as president of the Indianapolis West Side Study Club. He is an active member of the American Academy of Periodontology, Leader of Franks Spear Study Club, American Dental Association, Academy of Osseointegration, ITI Study Club, and the Indianapolis District Dental Society.
Charlotte has worked in Periodontics for over 25 years. She worked in the Graduate Periodontics Department of Indiana University School of Dentistry as an assistant before joining Central Indiana Periodontics in 1998 as an assistant. She has 3 children and 4 grandchildren. In her spare time, Charlotte enjoys reading, cooking, and spending time with family.
Misty has been in the dental field since 2006. She is the go to person on ordering our supplies and if patients have questions regarding their upcoming procedure or recovery. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her daughter Meah, watching the Colts and we cannot forget how she loves her coffee.
Heather has been in the dental field since 2002 acting in multiple functions in the dental office, but the position that she is more passionate about is, chair-side assisting Dr. Gomes. Her experience and knowledge has a nice and calm effect to our nervous patients during periodontal and dental implant treatment. In her free time, she likes spending time with her dog and loves to go shopping. She takes full advantage of her time off taking vacations with her parents.
Kathryn started working for Central Indiana Periodontics is 2017. She graduated from the Hygienist dental program at IUSD in 2010. She loves to help educate patients in achieving better oral health. When shes not at the office she spends time with her husband, Philip, and their 3 children. In her free time, she likes to bake/decorate cakes, watch/play soccer, and hang out with friends and family.
Nancy has been in the dental field since 2002. She came to Indiana in 2009 and started working alongside Dr. Gomes as his dental assistant for 4 years. She continued with her studies and came back into Central Indiana Periodontics as a dental hygienist.
Nancy is very passionate about her profession. She loves being able to help patients with their needs and create a rapport that she considers invaluable. For Nancy, each patient is a learning opportunity that helps her continue nourishing her professional life. Every day she puts into practice patient education, prevention, and treatment of oral diseases, improving her patients overall health.
Yamill became part of our team in 2020. She has been in the dental field since 2009 and she holds advance dental degrees from her home country the Dominican Republic. She graduated with her doctorate in dentistry in 2015 and she has worked as a dental assistant since 2015 when she moved to Indiana. What she likes the most about her job is seeing the smiles of satisfaction of patients after culminating their treatment. She is passion on working the highly aesthetic cases and using digital technology to achieve maximum results. In her free time she enjoys spending time and traveling with her husband and daughter Myah.

Great Doctor, as far as the eyes can sea, say, they provided the best recommendations, wear ear buds during any working around that oral opening. It made all the difference during an otherwise, knot, a pleasant, yet pleasant surprising place and experience, smart is, smart. Thank you for your teaching and education. Great work and wisdom, yes, will, highly recommended!

Hands down one of the best I've gotten to meet. After a harsh visit from a previous dentist who referred me to doctor Gomes for a periodontal examination, I fired that dentist and just stayed with Gomes. He's extremely knowledgeable, explains everything in detail and has a very kind heart. He will give you the best of his services without selling you anything or over price you. His staff are superb as well! I'm a fan of this team and now a loyal patient!

I highly recommend Doctor Gomes and his team! Every one of them were very attentive and caring. I went in for minor surgery and the recovery time was quick and easier than I imagined! His assistants Heather and Yamile (hope I am spelling her name correctly :))also were so awesome!

I've not always been at ease with dentist's and Dr's working on my teeth and gums, just ask my wife for some stories. But, ever since I met Dr. Gomez and his staff I've felt comfortable and secure knowing he would provide the best service and care for me. I highly recommend him to all my friends and family. This was a referral from our dentist. Communication with this office would be a 2 at best. I had to call to confirm my own appointment the day before. We arrived on time. As the appt started, they then confirmed what my son was being seen for. I had already told them what the referral said when I scheduled the appointment. I was also told they would be in touch with our dentist before then as well. During the appointment is also when I was told that regardless of what insurance covers, 30% payment was needed before we left. That would be something good to tell someone when scheduling the appointment. The procedure went well. My son was very comfortable, which was the most important part for me.
